I tried to deposit a new $100 bill into the ATM and it kept kicking the bill out saying the item(s) could not be read. This happened at both machine. Matter of fact this also happens at other chase branches. What’s the problem?? It was a new bill. This caused a great inconvenience. Not to mention that you couldn’t even enter the other vestibule on the other side of the bank to even try those machines.

The tap/swipe to enter the ATM area doesn't work. If you need the ATM after office hours, go to another branch.

Be careful if you need to deposit money here!!!! I deposited 1k at the front of the bank. The lady took my money and “withdrawal” 1k from my account. ?? I would have lost 2k if I hadn’t noticed!!! Very unprofessional and poor service.

Great, helpful staff & it's always clean! The 4 stars is because the ATM area is currently closed on Sundays. I don't know the reason for it, but it's disappointing and inconvenient. I hope they rectify whatever the issue is and the ATM area goes back to being available 7 days a week!

I went in today to get a money order and before I could even utter the amount the overweight Hispanic woman with stringy hair interrupted me and asked if I had a ID. I explained to her I did but it expired 2 days prior. She just stared at me with no response for about a few seconds as if I was speaking another language. She then stated she could not accept my ID. I understand procedures and rules so the blame is on myself but the lack of alternative offered or any resolution to assist was poor. I was waiting in line across the street to take a test and quickly needed a money order. So I stepped out front to brainstorm after a few moments I entered chase again to see what my options were, if any ETC. this time a teller who hair looked unkept as if she just rolled out of bed called me to her station just to tell me she couldn’t help me even though I didn’t get to finish my sentence. The money order was 25 dollars these two made me feel like I was a criminal as if I was doing something sketchy. They both whispered amongst each other and giggled as if denying me service was the highlight of their day.

Stopped by to speak to a banker after I was asked by another branch to come by.They didn’t ask for a name or anything. Just said I need to make an appointment and can’t today.Just upgraded my checking to a high tier yesterday, and immediately I was blown off by two branches. A bit frustrating.Will likely downgrade my account in the coming days and give my business elsewhere.

Amazing customer service! Lisa, the Branch Manager, took care of us from the moment we called - she is warm, genuine, and so thoughtful! True Brooklyn hospitality! She even brought my husband and I coffee while we waited. And John, our banker, was outstanding - he walked us through every step of opening a new account with courtesy, professionalism and sincerity. So excited that our new bank has that "local bank" feel. Thank you, Lisa and John!

Consistently the worst experience I’ve had at any Chase bank nationwide. It’s like they’re trying to lose customers based on the disdain with which they treat them.
