I came to the branch tryna open up a business credit card and was disrespected me changed my address on my account I didn’t ask them to do that I told the manger I was disrespected she disregarded me said what you want me to do after I told her I want to make a complaint

Inconsiderate & no respect for people time. Customer service informed I would just be able to drop a paper off and continue on my way but of course they want you to wait for a banker when all the tellers and business bankers were available.

Think twice before visiting this branch. They are inconsiderate and believe your time is not valuable. The parking lot is closed constantly.

Bad customer service at the counters. One bank teller was yelling at her colleagues in front of clients. Rude staffs.

It’s convenient for most of us which is why most of us come here. Depending on why you’re here and who you have an appointment with will determine how good or bad your service will be. The vestibules usually has a homeless guy there at night. Sometimes during the day you can still smell that he had been there that night.

This chase bank is awesome they have four ATMs in the lobby and another six inside so if you don't need to talk to the teller and you can just do your transactions to an ATM machine it's basically no waiting unfortunately they don't have a parking lot so you have that little nightmare to deal with the good news is once you get your money out there's plenty of stores to spend it on

So, the only star earned by this location is because the security guard on Saturday June 11th was nice and i was able to get a parking spot (in their tiny lot). First off, they have posted online that they're open at 8am - nope! Only the lobby is open at 8am where the ATMs are. If you need teller service, you hafta wait until 9am. Personally, i do ALL my banking online to avoid wasting my time, but i was running an errand for my Momz. So, okay, fraudulent hours - very inconvenient if you're trying to be efficient about your time. Then, a line was forming where several elders had A LOT of visible difficulty standing. At 8:40am, you could see bank employees walking around the bank, prepping to open up - no one bothered to offer to just let a few of the elders in, so that they could get some relief. Some poor lady who had been the 1st one there, unfortunately still had to wait when the doors were open. Folks ahead of me offered to let her see a teller first, but a bank employee still directed her to stand. What?! She couldn't stand any longer after waiting for so long!!! Where was the empathy? The Security Guard was the one who came to her aid and basically "stood" in line for her turn. It's 2022 - banking in person should really be a better experience. Maybe a # system where no one needs to stand around for a long time, and can sit comfortably? Just a thought.

On January 19th which was yesterday it got really hectic & Justin was the only one keeping his nerves down he really held the branch down and took customers with the upmost respect despite the ratchetness that was going on. So Shoutout to him Keep up the good work you make coming to Chase fun and worth dealing with the drama

Justin is such a help, he honestly knows what he is doing and is very flirtatious but you’ll always leave with a smile. Great bank if you have any problems go to him.

This is the worse place when you trying to solve your paper work. None of the employees has any prior knowledge to solve problems. The costumer service are horrible.Avoid all cost.
