There is a Shut down on my Debit Card...Unbeknownst to me..My account was closed and was told that I would be Reissued a New card in 5 to 7 days...It is Going on Day 10..When I went to the bank to asked what was the Delay ..I was met with it had been mailed & Less than Professional Attitudes..Along with trying to Discuss my Problem within Earshot of other Customers. The Staff was very aloof and didn't show any Concern towards my Banking issues & the Inconvenience it was causing to me...

Do not try to get a home loan from this bank. The guy who supposed to help you is never there, he never calls on time, he waits a week to get your preapproval, and to tell you about it. Preapproval is usually done within one day. He will never have your back, and he will never fight for you. His tone of voice discourages you from looking here or there and doesn’t give you any reassurance.

Very good service. The staff is super nice and polite. I opened my two accounts with the banker Christian. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions. And (what’s important for me as well) he is fast, so I don’t have to spend hours and watch slow workers like it was in another bank. Highly recommend ??

Their teller girl stole my money. when I wanted to pay off my credit card I gave her $2200 in cash. she took it and counted it herself and told me to dial the pin. when I dialed the pin, she took $ 200 from my money and put it in the drawer which was next to her. she thought I didn't see it. and then counted my money on the money counter machine. and said it was $2,000. I said that I gave her $2200 but she denied it. I asked for a supervisor. she came up and opened the cabinet there were 20$ bills and on top were 2\100$ bills that she stole from my money. She took all the money from the drawer and counted, looked at the computer and said nothing, although I know that there was $ 200 extra. but she quietly called this teller who stole my money and went somewhere. I don’t know what they were talking about, they came in after a few minutes and went into another room. they took out another drawer from inside and, as if I were a fool, they didn’t know anything, they counted that money from another room next to me. and the supervisor tells me that there is no extra money here. that I myself brought $ 2,000 and counted incorrectly. the liar, of course, did not want to betray and disgrace her employee in front of everyone, but she knows for sure that she stole my money. May Allah punish them for this Ameen. do not go there do not recommend to anyone.

Went with My wife to open a bank account and was told to come back at 4:30. When came back, we were told that sorry but we don't have an appointment for you. I guess her business account wasn't interesting for them. I told them that I will go to td bank which I went. Good to know that time for me to also change to a place that does want my business

I would like to provide feedback regarding the service provided by one of the tellers at this branch, namely Zackery Anthony. During the lunch hour, when the branch was understaffed, I urgently needed access to my safe deposit box. Zackery promptly came to my assistance, efficiently handling all the necessary procedures for security purposes and ensuring I could reach my safe. I was pleasantly surprised by his humility, his deep appreciation for the bank he works for, and his aspirations to pursue a career in banking and advance professionally. I strongly believe that this branch greatly benefits from having dedicated employees like Zackery, individuals who take pride in being part of the Chase team and who prioritize their customers' needs over personal matters like lunch breaks. I would like to communicate with the management to express my appreciation for Zackery and recommend him for recognition..

I used the ATM only. They have 3 Machines and was no lines around noon time. I went to inside to pickup the envelopes. It was crowded. I also saw the parking lot is available during the office hrs. Some brunches close the ATM at night time, but I didn't see at this location.
