The staff at this location went above and beyond helping me and my mom. The wait time wasn’t that long and we got in and out. The representative that helped us was JohnAnthony Rizzuto and he was amazing.I will be returning back at this location due to the exceptional customer service they provide.Thank you!

Would give 0 stars if I couldOpened a new debit and credit card and the guy made a mistake on my name two months later and I’m still trying to get the credit card corrected due to an error on there part only to find out that the other guy who’s supposed to send the slip through mail forgot to send proof of identification and they also sent a new card stating the original is lost and or stolen without permission to post it as lost so now I have a. New “account #/ card # “ with still the original error

Staff seemed very helpful.This bank is located in the historic Lincoln’s Savings Bank building. When Chase took over the location they updated the bank yet left most of the original interior untouched.Entering the bank brought back memories of banking there in the late 1960’s!Good job Chase leaving the original interior intact.

If rate has zero, I will pick it.On July 14, a Friday, I transferred my personal funds into my business account using a check. Unfortunately I forgot to write the date on the check. When I handed the check to the Asian teller at the counter who was chatting with the other teller, she quickly returned it to me, stating that the check was invalided due to the missing date.I tried to explain that I could easily add the date on the check for deposit, but she and the next teller insisted that I needed to have a new check for deposit, they already saw this check was invalided. Feeling increasingly upset by their unyielding stance, I asked to speak with the manager, who gave me his business card, Senior VP, branch manger, Timothy Sun. To my dismay, Tim's attitude was even more unpleasant than the tellers. He was so defensive, he told me if the teller allowed me to deposit the check after adding the date at the counter, it could be caught on camera, potentially leading to the teller losing her job. Seriously? Really? Hard to believe that such minor issue would have such severe consequences.In frustration, I argued with Tim, he was so defensive and unrelenting. He claimed that allowing me to deposit the check was a big favor on his part. I lodged a complaint from another Chase Branch, but to my stock, on July 21, I received Chase phone call informing me that my business accounts, including my business credit card with nearly 70,000 points on it were closed.I cannot help but feel that Chase bank displayed a strong and powerful approach that feels like bullying to customers like me.The whole experience has left me deeply disappoint and disheartened.

This past week, there seems to be problems with the ATMs and the tellers are extremely ill-informed on what's going on. One teller told me it was a system glitch and should be fine in a few days. Not the case. The teller today had quite a bit of attitude and told me to call the 1-800 number. Not the best customer service. I've been a Chase customer for 30 years. Might be time to go elsewhere!

I had a terrible experience with this branch. I wanted to open checking and savings account. First of all, they made a mistake in my last name although I gave them 3 different types of ID with my last name on them! So I got my debit card with the typo in my last name. Second of all, to replace the card with the wrong name I needed to go to the branch again, you can’t do it over the phone although the assistant I was working with made the copy of my ID with my right last name on it. Now they are calling me and saying that there are some issues with my SSN….are you kidding me? You just issued the card and didn’t have any problems! And now you do!? Now I need to go there again, it’s going to be my 4th time which makes me furious and I’m thinking of NOT opening the account at all.

Bad service, I go to chase today to my safe box and the agent ask me for ID and pin but I'm not aware it required pin to access the safe and I told him I don't know. He told me required pin 3 yrs ago but I just access the safe last yr without any pin. Finally my wife came so got it straight out then we closed the safe box. If I can give 0 star I will very bad service and long wait and other bank doesn't require pin to access safe if i provide the ID.

Very nice and polite custom service. That was my first visit to Chase and the process of opening a checking account was the quickest ever. Maya Awada is a very friendly officer, thank you very much! I appreciated every thing she helped me with. Quick, professional, useful.

Please everyone don’t waste your time with CHASE BANK it’s close my account with no clear reason even I can get my funds i have it to wait 2 to 3 weeks to I get my funds by check also when I get to the branch to have any help every one here once he know I’m here for something else not like opening new account ok someone will be with youThe worse customer service ever
