Absolutely terrible customer service. I was in the ATM room waiting for a machine there was a line in front and behind me. One of the employees came to the door so I asked “Can the machine that’s inside do the same thing the ATM machine out here can?” and the rude employee muttered to me “we’re closed” and locked the door. I can understand that they wanted to go home and I would not have asked to use the machine I just wanted to know for the future. A simple “Yes it can but unfortunately we’re closing now” would have been perfectly fine. When he came to the door the second time to let someone out I said to him “That was rude before I was just looking for an answer” but he didn’t make eye contact with me nor did the employee he let out and closed the door again. I finally got to the machine and the machine was then out of 20s so I got all my money in 5s which doesn’t really bother me but it shows how mismanaged this branch is. This is coming from someone who worked at Chase herself and knows better. They need a course on customer service 101 because that whole experience was disgusting makes me never want to visit the branch again. 0 stars if I could for me.

Awful attitude and customer service inside there.Refused to help me even I was there at 1PM and they said They close 2 pm on Saturday and can’t help for today for my account.I asked how long does it takes ?They said 40 minutes but anyway that’s too late for today.Unbelievable.I immediately went to other branch and they helped me even they have same working hours.Seems John Czerniuk team doesn’t wanna help the customers and they wanna finish there work before 1 hour .I don’t suggest to go there

Even with appointments, there is still a long wait. For opening new accounts, you have to arrive 2hrs before closing time and still no guarantee be served.

This bank is the worst at valuing customer’s time. They insist on only having 1 teller resulting in long waits and this is in the middle of a pandemic where less time spent indoors is important.
