I have chase for a long time. And I had never had a horrible service ever from Bank attendants to cashiers.i needed to open an IRA account and.i was asked from the attendants desk. In a way as if i need them what do you want. They told me it can't be opened today I was fine that it can't be opened but the inept servi e. This review is for the Chase branch on 77street 13 Ave Brooklyn.

Rosemary and Eugene are so very helpful, kind and knowledgeable made my experience truly pleasurable I recommend not going to any other branch but this one!

I opened an account in September deposited over 400,000 dollars as a new customer. Set up direct deposit for checking account and 100,000 dollars for savings account. There was a promotion for 200.00 to new clients with direct deposit and 150.00 for savings account if keep more then 75000.00 on account for 90 days. I called bank and was informed by Rosemarie Duffy that i cannot get because im not new customer. I needed coupon and bring in to back no one told me that when i opened accout they were so interested in me depositing my money . They just about were kissing my butt now that i am asking about the promotion they tell me i'm not entitled to it. Now that my accounts are open I'm treated like they don"t care. I thought TD Bank was a terrible bank after this experience i think Chase rates right up there. I was told by 2 Chase banks in Florida that the person that opened my accounts as a new customer was suppode to apply a coupon my rep was Rosemarie Duffy and she told me that's not procedure.
