Someone at the bank works with an identity theft group or is a thief themselves. I never had issues with bank accounts until I opened one with them. They stole some of my money and opened a credit card with Macy's today. I'll bring you down; you know yourself, I'll sue the bank once I get confirmation about the branch

Today, I went to chase bank at this location to report an identity theft. The branch manager Linda Abramova helped me a lot and saved me from getting my identity stolen. She is very professional , very patient , polite and understands my situation. She helped me calm down and gave me good advice on how to deal with this situation. Ms. Linda, I appreciate you with helping me and getting me through this situation. It means a lot to me. Thank You!!!

The long hair lady in the teller window doesn’t know the rule clearly. I gave her the card to deposit she said I can’t just use the card to do it. I told her that I can deposit on the ATM machine, why can’t? She said that is different if you come to the window. I asked her if I can deposit today, she kept asking me for the account number. It is the account from our company, I don’t have the account number. She yelled at me to say that I forced her to again the law. After she double checked with her manager, the manager said I can deposit with the card only. Please, make sure you know how to do it before you tell the clients.

Joe was great! I came in first thing in the morning and he was able to help me with a credit card application for work that was incorrectly flagged and declined for fraud. We got the issue solved relatively quickly and my application was expedited.

Drive-Thru tends to be quick. Not sure why they would ask for the slips but not provide them outside the drive-thru.

Front desk who named Tony wen?? I think he doesn’t really want to bring Chase business . I am a business account holder that just made an wrong ACH with wrong Routing number . I drive 30 mins here to ask for help to revise this transaction . when I was gave directions to this local branch at 4pm by customer phone agent . Front desk Tony was exactly unprofessional gave me a direction to request me going home instead of waiting on line to have somebody help me . And Seems like he wanted to leave his job at 5 pm on time . This was never being happened at chase branches that I have been visiting for 10years In NY . I really disappointed at this site . When customers having issue with funds , you should give us some professional and useful suggestions. Not kicking them home . Not kicking them home ! I would rather give them 0 star at this case if possible.

Don’t tell me no camera if u have many cameras all over your store (bank)??????????& then y u your asking me if I want to cash ? my check or rather make a deposit….if I want to make a deposit I don’t have to wait on line for 20 minutes I would make a deposit rite away @ the ATM Mechine ?????also I don’t need 2 security people here with masks ? Bad service.“Mr. JAY” had me wait close to 1 hour.(I had a credit card which my name was misspelled it literally took 1 minute to change & I had to wait a hour)

I'm really angry. I made an online reservation at 1: 00.When I arrived, I was told that the man didn't go to work today.And then wait endlessly.I really don't understand.Didn't I make an appointment just to save waiting time?

I guess The parking space is small enough only for Chase employees, fortunately I found a meter parking nearby , the drive through cashier will take you forever, never do that, the inside teller is aggressive but efficient, I like the teller called Summer , she counted money so fast and neat
