The service attitude and professional expertise of Chase Bank on Eighth Avenue are really lacking! My bank card was stolen and they arranged for me to find a translator on the hotline and then went off to do other things themselves. It was the first time that my debit card was stolen, and I didn't know what to do next. After making the call, I said thank you to them and left. They didn't tell me anything about the follow-up needed to be closer! Later, I went to Bank of America to deal with it. Their professional knowledge and service attitude were far superior to the staff of Chase Bank on 8th Avenue! I have heard many people say that Chase Bank is not good. I personally think that it is not that Chase Bank is bad, but that Chase staff in certain areas have devalued Chase Bank's cost performance!

The manager of this bank is terrible, bad attitude and bad service! Why choose this kind of person as the manager, let's hire a foreigner manager, and maybe be more polite to the Chinese!

I've been waiting for a hour for teller window line, one branch staff let a old lady cut my line. I just asked why that lady didn't need to wait for the line. I still waited for that lady to finish her transaction in teller window.There are a lot of people here waiting. And the branch staff just told me that because she is old. So, old people don't need to wait, old people can take advantage on us. Ridiculous, interesting. I learn a lesson from your staff. I guess all old people don't need to wait here. If you are old enough, please come to this branch to get the express service

Last month I went to this branch and trying to open a credit card in there, a man in the lobby was taking me to see a banker name " Ken". In the beginning everything was fine , later on after I told him about the reason I got decline from TD bank, he suddenly changed his attitude to me and also refuse to apply credit card for me !! Telling me to try apply in another bank ! I was so disappoint at him.

I will say the most professional worker will be the security guy there. Seriously lol. I mean they do help you but they just don’t really care about you. The front desk helping lady always on her phone, responding to my questions while she is still texting to her friends on her phone.

Waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for the teller service. It was more than 30 people waiting on line and only 2 windows were open, other staffs were just fooling around doing absolutely nothing. The security guard there was the only person who actually worked hard and nice to clients.
