On March 15, I visited the bank at Bay Parkway, where I was assisted by a consultant. I explained that I had not received either my credit or debit card. The consultant told me to wait a few more days, assuring me that the cards would definitely arrive.
After two more days without receiving my cards, I went to the bank again. A cashier completely reissued my cards and arranged for expedited delivery within two days.
However, during these two days, several suspicious transactions appeared on my card—transactions I did not authorize. I returned to the bank to explain the situation to a supervisor. I had to wait for an hour to see him, only to be refused any assistance. I reminded him that I had already visited the bank days earlier to report that my cards had not arrived. At this point, I strongly believe that my card was stolen before I even came to the bank the first time. However, the bank employees insisted that the delay in delivery was normal, even though I believe the card should have arrived within five days.
During this period, money was withdrawn from my account. Today, I visited the bank again to show them the unauthorized transactions and request a reversal. However, the staff told me that I needed to call customer service myself and report that my card had been stolen or compromised.
I also explained that I currently have no card to pay for transportation or daily expenses because my card is blocked. Despite this, they still refused to help me. This raises the question: what is the purpose of having physical bank branches if the employees refuse to assist customers and simply direct them to a phone call?

If I could leave 0 stars I would!!!!30 minutes waiting to address a HUGE MISTAKE THEY MADE !!! Fraud !!!But I got treated like a terrorist !!!The lady named KATIE ( Asian ) is the RUDEST , WORSE WORSE WORSE AND CLUELESS, UNEDUCATED AND CANT HELP AT ALL !!!!Funny how we went there 1 month ago for a different matter !!! And my daughter was with me when she told me and I quote : “ Go home and call Chase at this number!!!”What ???I am at CHASE !!! why will I go home and call CHASE!!Same lady yet again who took an AsianCustomer who just sat there when I was there 40 minutes!!!!! 40 minutes!!!!! Then the security guard had the nerves to tell me to calm down !! UnfortunatelyI am suing them !!

Hands down, worst customer service at this branch.After closing hours, if bank representatives see you knocking at the door for assistance, they will not acknowledge you.Woman by the name of Katie was extremely curt. She saw me knocking at the door for several minutes and never acknowledged my presence.Furthermore doesn't even apologize, just states that she was on the computer and that required her full attention l.Upper management needs to better train their clerks.
