Extremely Frustrating and Unprofessional Experience
I visited this branch for a quick notary service that should’ve taken no more than 5 minutes. Instead, I ended up wasting over 3 hours due to constant delays and misleading communication from the staff.
Despite repeatedly assuring me I was “next” and it would “just be a few more minutes,” nothing happened. Staff kept asking if I needed a teller, even though I clearly stated multiple times that I only needed a notary. They also gave inconsistent explanations — claiming the notary was juggling multiple roles like teller and phone receptionist — which just sounded like excuses.
Every time I considered leaving, they convinced me to stay a little longer, only to keep me waiting again. The whole experience felt disorganized, dishonest, and completely inconsiderate of people’s time. I do not recommend this location to anyone needing timely or reliable service.

No one ever picked up the phone after many calls. Even after lots of automations and pressing buttons to get to the call.

Very busy bank. From my experience there are always enough tellers. And they are very patient and experienced. One orderly line feeding into to the individual tellers. Comfortably air conditioned. Very large parking lot. Drive through is an option. Accessible ♿️.

The overall quality of this Chase location has gone down the drain. The only large self-serve ATM machine inside is almost always broken. You have a long wait for a teller - and they work at a snail's pace. The front door greeter never greets and avoids eye contact. Find another location or a new bank - their rates at terrible anyway.

Horrible service waited two hours to be helped banker April blew my 80 yr old mother off I was next to be service and she still was of no assistance I informed the manager Mr.White I believe his name is I was never given a name even after I asked however he was also of no assistance I informed him his banker was rude and he basically suggested I take my business elsewhere ! If u know what’s best DO NOT go here! We trust your bank with our money and this is how u treat customers . I rather take the drive and be treated properly.

Had the most splendid experience here. Daisy was in the front fielding questions and directing you to the appropriate resources. I was helped by Brandon, who was a ray of sunshine. Brandon took extra care to help me out with a pretty odd request, and went above and beyond what could be asked of him. Very very happy with my experience with this branch and definitely recommend!!

There is a drive thru,so it makes it more convenient for someone with a car to get in and out.Parking is also available ,so you can park without worrying about getting a parking ticket.
