The customer service there is terrible and they just sit around being unhelpful. This location branch had better service but it appears it has dwindled.

I had a fantastic experience at this Chase Bank branch, thanks to Kenneth. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional throughout my visit. He took the time to answer all my questions, provided clear explanations, and made sure everything was handled efficiently. It’s rare to come across someone so smart and dedicated to excellent customer service. If you need assistance, I highly recommend asking for Kenneth he truly goes above and beyond. (Kenneth is the tall guy with glasses)

I would give 0 stars, but I cannot. How does my friend get ROBBED IN BROAD DAYLIGHT HERE??? There is 0 security, nobody cares and they act like they do but they do NOT!!! go elsewhere, for. your own safety... not even convinience. SAFETY! pure scam artists lurking a round looking for someone to prey on. sad, honestly. it's 2025, get cameras and security. ridiculous.

A couple days ago I got a report on my Credit Karma app that my credit score was affected. Knowing that I don’t use my credit card that much
I’ve got scared and thought that somebody opened a credit to my name so I went to the department so they could figure out who that person is and how they can help me..Well guess what - the staff at the reception desk didn’t want to take a look at my credit karma app nor did they want to hear my story or at least try to look up my data. Is that too too much to ask for them to check if I am in their system? When I have all my documents and hands so they could just refer me to any specialist of their available so they could help me?
When I asked them to check if there’s anything connected to my name in their systems just to see if the app was glitching or something they refused to do so . They straight forward told me that I need to go to the police. Which scared me even more.
Instead, I went to another department on Brighton Beach. Where the employees were kind enough to look at the app and informed me what was actually happening. The department at Brighton Beach was much bigger, more spacious , lighter, and overall customer service was better. It is a story with a happy ending. It’s just a little bit disappointing that I had to waste so much time trying to figure out what had happened.. not to mention me freaking out all this time lol

Rude staff were acting like i wasn’t there like i was dirty filth or something when simply asking for a pen 🖊️ which they r supposed to have out already walked away from me maybe since im in my pjs and look scrubby but im a sapphire member.. never judge a book

worker denied my request to close business checking account. his reason - “you can pay for business credit card only with chase business checking”. wow what a lie. guess what - you can pay your cc bill with whatever bank account you have. had to call main chase number and waste 50 minutes on hold to close it. after already wasting 2hrs at the branch. joke
