Would give 0 stars if possible. I walked in to open a BUSINESS checking account. I waited about ten minutes trying to locate someone to direct me to a banker, with no luck I had to find the lady with the tablet myself, when I told her I wanted to open a business checking account her first response was are you a US citizen? Do you have all your documents? In such a rude and demeaning attitude. I responded letting her know that I have about 6 checking accounts with chase this is not my first time opening up a business checking account, she responded well that doesn’t matter I’m asking you are you a US citizen? I said yes I am, she said well then go have a sit there in the corner when a banker is ready they will let you know. I asked approximately how long would it take she responded again with very rude attitude that she doesn’t control the speed bankers work. I also asked if I was able to get a letter notarized and she stated they don’t do that there. So I just walked out. I feel very disappointed as a chase client for over 20 years. Management needs to really look into this matter. Employees name is Lena

During my interaction with one of the representatives, I had a general question. She didn’t provide a response, and her tone was rude and unprofessional. In order to receive the answer, I had to be transferred to another representative. This experience wasted my time due to the lack of professionalism displayed.Feeling the need to address the behavior of this employee, I politely requested her full name. Unfortunately, she once again responded in a rude manner, only providing her first name, Lena.
