It is time killing they made you wait 2 hours and never care what you want to do even l will open saving cd account. I have waited 1 hour in line at 4 pm they told me not today because every banker is busy at 4 pm and l asked for supervisor he name Pal she was rude and ignore my time l spent and sent me back did not open a cd account. This is shame on brand name customer service. Need to find another bank to open cd account

Had a simple meeting with Yingyi Huang at the brooklyn ave U and 17th street branchAn easy married name change to all my chase products .The credit card was not done correctly. You cannot contact Chase over the phone to fix this . You need to make another appointment.Nothing is made easy there at allWhat a waste of time

By far the best Chase branch I have been to. The teller and the manager was very helpful and was able to go beyond and above their duty to help me resolve my issues. It is also very convenient with parking. Can get very busy sometimes.

I been here a few times but, the lines are always long. Compared to other Chase branches in the area, they have multiple agents available though. They have ATMs, a self service machine, tellers and customer service reps available. There is a security guard and sitting waiting area available.

This location is on Ave U in Brooklyn.Its very convenient because it's on my way home and I usually find a metered parking.I use the ATM ,and I am usually in and out in no time.
