Quality work, reasonable prices, terrible communication. Make sure you're clear with them before picking up your car that it is 100% ready to go. First time I showed up, AFTER they called to let me know that my car was ready, I was told that in fact they'd forgotten a service and, "Didn't think I'd get here that quickly." :/ Had to leave my car there and received no offer to compensate me for their mistake, nor did I get a response from Mike when I emailed him to let him know. I then had to follow-up to confirm my car was ready the next business day, which they confirmed, and when I arrived I had to wait an additional 20 mins for them to power wash my car from the bird crap and residue it collected in their lot that weekend. Didn't dry my car so got to drive it back soaking wet. Once again, no apology for the wait or miscommunication.

I was very impressed with this shop. They were fast, responsive and very professional. Mike, one of the owners, was very easy to deal with and totally straightforward. They fixed the front suspension of my Smart car (struts, coil, etc) and did a great job. Not every shop wants to work on a Smart car since they are so compact and tricky to reach some parts. Thank you Mike!

These guys were amazing. I broke down in Brooklyn and they had me back on the road within a few hours. I even got to enjoy the deli just across the way. They turned me on to some great Jamaican food. I'd recommend them to anybody. Plus the prices were reasonable.

This auto shop is the all in one stop! I needed a general car diagnostic check because things were sounding kinda rocky and I couldn't determine it's something i should be concerned about or not. Better safe than sorry, and this place went above and beyond to help educate me a more about my car, as well as being very honest and upfront about what it NEEDS and what i COULD do. They're very honest, communicative, and I really appreciate their patience and positivity throughout my experience. It helps me understand the value of service and its necessary maintenances. They were able to quickly diagnose and service the car, i feel very confident knowing my car is there, offering well rounded services and knowledge on any issues.

The crew here is very honest, detailed, and attentive to their clients and cars. Everything was done as promised and explained very well. My 2021 Tesla Y was giving me trouble with the suspension. It has all oem parts but the owner of the shop, Mike, and his team did an outstanding job of repairing it in only two days. Mike emphasized the significance of quality control and returning a spotless finished product. If you're seeking a reliable auto repair shop, this is the one to go to. If anything happens to my vehicle in the future, I'll be returning here and will also be recommending this establishment to my family and friends.

Chelsea Auto Diagnostic is a very professional establishment, Mike specifically was in charge of fixing up my Tesla Model Y, he did a great job with the repair after a huge accident I was in. Pricing was great, I’m a very satisfied customer as I wouldn’t think of anyone else to get the job done!

I never thought I would look forward to going to my mechanic.
I purchased my car from Mikes brother Eugene, and a year later it needed a repair. I decided to bring it back and since then it has been nothing but a pleasure getting to know Mike and his team.
Their prices are always fair and reasonable but they never do any work with out checking that it's ok with me first.
Everyone on the team goes the extra mile when working on my car and makes sure I understand the scope of work being done.
Despite being a super busy shop, Mike always takes the time to greet me with a smile and a kind word.
If you value top level work but also want unmatched customer service, I highly suggest checking out Mike and his team.

I have 2019 Dodge Challenger R/T and recently hit a deer, the damage was bad but the owner of the shop Mike and his guys did an amazing job. Mike stressed the importance of quality control and returning a clean finished product. If anyone needs a good shop to take care of their car this is the place. If anything happens to my vehicle in the future I’ll be coming back here and will also be recommending this place to family and friends.
