The teller Denisse helped me so much with my account . I was being charged for many subscriptions I had no idea that was charging me. She helped me cancel them and requested for a refund , she was so nice and patient helping me . She’s amazing ! Thank you so much Denisse!!!

The tellers are so nice. Before i had an account the tellers Edlira, Denisse and ingry would cash my checks. Very nice people.

This branch is very professional. Every time I come in they always help me with everything . Denisse helped me with online banking and zelle . She helped save my account I will always be grateful. All the employees there are so nice and helpful .

Visited this place twice, to gather docs for a police report.
They didn't know what Affidavit the police needs, but I don't hold this against them, neither did the 4 or 5 call center workers.
However, they can't even look up credit card account info? Consult with Wells Fargo or Chase about how it's done, they at least ask my name and try to look up something.
Here they just kinda acted as I'm an idiot for not being able to get it online. Guess what, there's no access online to an already closed account, let alone declined/disputed transactions on them.
I'm being thrown around between the branch, the police station and call center reps like a hot potato, and apparently no one knows how to produce a list of unauthorized charges.
Complete joke.

After almost having a thief emptying my account, staff here helped me open a new one quickly and to guide me through this misery, and they kept calling me just to check in and make sure everything works out.

The staff is very friendly and helpful but the online banking is excruciatingly painful. It’s EASY to put money into the bank but HARD to take money out lol ? . If you call them then it’s very hard to get a person on the line. Then when you do, they don’t even know what to do to help you until you ask to escalate to the supervisor. Be prepared to spend 2 hours of your day on the phone to withdraw money because of their random “security audits.” Their credit cards have random charges including a “minimal interest charge”; if you don’t enable autopay then it will affect your credit score. I am calling the Citi banking now because even Zelle and external ACH bank transfer is not working. I wasted most of my day dealing with this. They said to visit the branch in person.

I don't like the staff members over there. Consumers are not treated with full respect. You have to be extra special, lucky person to have a nice representative to take care of you respectfully.

i would give it a zero but there isn't that option. I have called multiple branches and am always forwarded to an automated system which "is having difficulty connecting to the system and suggest I call back later". There is no way to speak to someone live nor is there the option to leave a message and be called back.

There are homeless people sleeping inside the bank in front of the bank and by the side multipletimes, drunk people around it. Loud music on the streets outside in front and in the side, very not comfortable to walk in there at night, dirty in thr front and side...
