I planned to spend a few minutes asking about applying for a credit card. But there is a sense of wasting time and life here. The sales staff kept chatting and gossiping with the previous customer. You are in the financial services industry, not a hospice shop. I waited quietly for forty minutes, all the while hearing gossip about the guest's three children and wife. . . . . The salesperson also responded to the gossip in a thoughtful and thoughtful manner. . . .

I have to give the old lady teller a negative review. She has no intention of helping. She's been in the brand for years yet she still needs better training on her job. she does what customer tells her to not giving better solution. Better off replacing her with a robot than her attitude.

The worst bank ever. I’ve been with Citi for years now and this is the worst location i’ve been to so far. The lady (Mexican American I guess) is so rude and doesn’t know how to do the customer service. Last time when i came she was rude as well and it led me to open up an account with Chase (located right across from Citi). I’m considering to close my account with Citi now. My advice is to use chase instead, since they know how to do the customer service.

Is impossible: to wait for teller service. Literally 45 minute wait time. With 2 windows open with lines out to ATM LOBBY. 2 platforms with customers
