this Branch is no good. I gave the Teller $500 on January 16th, 2024 to deposit it into my account. The Teller made a mistake and deposited it in a different account. I called them many times and went to the branch and now 1 1/2 month later I still don't have my money back. They are just keeping my money. Maybe it was the Tellers account?? Be aware! Unbelievable!

Trying to get 10 roll of quarters changed, but the counter (named Logan). Mention only have 2 roll only and not even ask from other counter. I won’t open a Business account with them…..

Worst place to get your Account Open. Had an 3pm appointment with Kyrie Simmions. She was not able to help waited about 1 hour and finally a banker come and tells me they cannot open my account

This branch location is horrible. They service is poor lack of leadership. I came in to open an account I waited over an hour no one came over to tell me how long the wait would be. So yes I left with an horrible experience.

Worst bank I have ever been to. Sat down for an hour to just open an account. They need to get new bankers or just fire the manager. Seems like the employees don't understand the meaning of customer service!

This branch is bad. Don’t try to deposit checks at their atm. I deposited one there and it got sucked up by the machine but not credited. I’ve been on with customer service for 35 minutes to resolve this. They can’t check out if machine and are launching an investigation. It will take 10 days.Major fail Citibank.

Slow service. On a busy day, they only had 2 tellers, which are taking their sweet time to chit chat and not do their jobs quicker to help customers out fast.

My personal experience was tellers being extremely slow, a huge line of annoyed people, no one in this branch cares about the customers
