Went there recently and got harassed by a homeless guy perched at their entrance as I came and left. Citibank has very few atms outside of their banks, and generally they have no cash available given the fact that I went to two atms recently, and there was no cash. Citibank makes money by not providing enough atms and the banking experience is sub par at best.

About three months ago, I opened a new business checking account with them. Deposited checks from an existing business client and they suspended my account due to the fraud department suspecting fraud. Aside from the false accusations, I have visited this branch three times along with my client proving he owns the company and that all checks issued to me are legitimate but they are still holding back funds. This is ROBBERY!!! The branch manager Nedra J Cyrus pretty much dismissed me without providing any resolution at all instructing to just call an 800 number. You guys are scamming my company for THOUSANDS! Do yourself a favor and bring your banking business elsewhere, otherwise they will ignore your concerns and scam you!

I'm having a very bad month of July. It seems like it's time to take my money from accounts walking around the motherfucking card, saying credit or debit is a waste of time is giving access to the crooks on the Internet and the banks ain't trying to pay you back, for the fraudulent transactions they call it bank on Friday check my information seen like somebody's having Christmas in July $400 worth of fun dam feel like a sitting duck went to customer service. They were really cold hot. It went to the counter to achieve a new card can explain nothing right it was horrible is the Freakshow cut my throat, had to call the number on the card to file for charges in it charges you can look at the goddamn thing to see what's going on investigate you can see it had to give them all the information, but they can see on a computer and them selves and the correct if you're wrong a penny

Since when do major banks not have notaries?*Reply to Citi response: There's no way in your location finder to filter your branches by special services and when you search for special services it takes you to the location finder. Fix your system before you offer solutions that don't work. One star removed for patronizing me to placate other people searching on google for you. Also, you didn't answer the original question: how does a major banking system not have a notary in every branch during business hours?

This has to be the most worst branch ive ever been to i standing in line for about 15 mins now they have one teller and its about 5 people on line they been dealing with this one customer no one come to see what you need i ask another person who was walking around if they had a customer service rep i needed not to deal with the teller any way get it together

If I could give negative stars to the way this branch and Citi operates, I would. We will be filing a complaint with the CFPB and seeking legal action. We came to this branch about an account that we haven’t used in years. Only noticed fraudulent activity when our credit report showed we owed money. Dinged our credit by 100 points! Never a call from Citi. Not once. Add insult to injury. We waited 30 minutes for a manager (seems there were two people who could help but could care less. Only to be told we should make an appointment). They couldn’t even produce copies of our statements. This is Citi and its branch personnel being complicit in the fraud. The absolutely worst customer service by a financial institution I have ever seen.

I tried to open a account with them. They have no reason, to ask where I live or let me see your tax form. They asked to many personal questions. And I received alot if spoof texts and calls, saying " we have to close your debt card due to abnormal activities" first of all I don't even have a debt card. None of the customer service representatives knew what I was talking about, nor have any records about that.

My experience today at this branch was just the push I needed to move my funds to an investment account. It was nice speaking to Rose in the past. Not sure if she is still at this location.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Make you wait for no reason. No bank associates on the floor, ever. The tellers are very mean and rude and they just shake you off as if they're too good for you. Waited half an hour for them to tell me nobody was coming. A complete waste of time , don't waste yours by coming to this location on myrtle ave.
