Every time I come here. The lines are extremely long, I wait on the line for at least an hour. They need more staffing. I am surprised after all the complaining they haven't yet looked into this.

I'm sure the staff is trying but they need more staff besides the tellers, maybe even a greeter to direct customers or provide info. Appointment only doesn't help when nobody is available to answer the phones

This site the slowest place I've been to. The tellers need to be a little faster serving people. There should be someone serving the people come for statements separate not by teller. I tried closing an account for my deceased husband and they gave me problems. I had corporate step in and signed papers closed account no problem.

I would give them 0 starts if i could. The laziest people I have ever seen. Lines are so long...sometimes 20 people be on the line, and only 1 person is working. They need to do better
