Apparently to open a bank account here is a privilege. Nobody pays attention to you, manager is rude. You need to make an appointment online and wait at least for a week to just ask if you even need it. Why would I trust my money to this institution?

I tried making an appointment online yesterday and there were NONE available for the next two weeks. I didn't check beyond that. Why should I?! I even changed the type of service to try to outsmart the system, to no longer avail. So, I walked in there today and there was only one customer rep, who told me and the other potential customer that we must make an appointment online. I went back to my office and checked the Queens Blvd and 39th St. branch and they had a ton of appointments for tomorrow and the rest of the week, so I will go there. Shame on you, Myrtle branch! You are in a predominantly immigrant neighborhood and doing a disservice to the community. And, guess what? I came to open up a business account (I am an attorney). And, Citi, please don't reply with one of those insipid replies that you sent to other reviewers. Instead, send auditors from headquarters to analyze the issues, and fix it!

I had a business account with citizens bank but this branch is trash, the business specialist is so unhelpful and the manager is rude, they can do the service for you but they keep saying no we can’t you have to call or go to a different branch!
The worst service ever! I never had this experience in any bank in America!!

Updated! Please do not attempt to deposit cash at these atm's! The machines returned your cash when you reject their tally of cash put in...And returned your cash with Missing amounts! Yes, it steals your cash! The machine claims your cash is unreadable and returned them with cash missing!
