I always had a great experience at this branch office. The branch office manager is very knowledgeable and always helpful to resolve my banking issues. This branch office is by far the best and located at very convenient location. I should have written a review long ago when I was first being helped but life got busy. After seeing some of the bad reviews, I wanted to write how great they were to me. I've seen some terrible customers who were unreasonably rude to the tellers in one of my visits to the branch office. Remember folks courtesy is contagious and remember the golden rule.

Less than helpful. I left feeling worse than I did going in. Completely unable to help me and uninterested in figuring things out. As a result, I have spent 90 minutes trying to find someway to talk to a human being related to Citibank so that I can get a very straightforward request addressed, and I have not been able to do so. I know they don’t care about me or my family and I know that my money is a drop in the bucket, but this matters. This is my life and my families well-being. I am a human being. And they don’t care. I know so many people out of work and yet somehow Citibank is able to be everywhere and do nothing.

Horrible and unprofessional. The staff and the manager were very rude and didn't even notice that they sent my docs to the wrong document. The Citi dept contacted me by a private email after they made a big mistake in my account which they did becuase they couldn't help me fix any issue that I had. I don't recommend this branch at all. Poor staff quality, rude and they don't know how to work with any clients.

Unfriendly staff that was unattended and didn’t even look at the front page of my passport when asked to validate security information. Meanwhile, the staff asked me to call the service center instead of helping me with solving my issue. I had some similar issue with my BoA account last week and was solved within twenty minute with the banker over there.

Evil - gave me a credit card that was exactly the opposite of what I needed and lied to my face about it. Banker Irina Mullokandov is horrible at her job. Called tens of times and they never pick up.

I came to the bank with very serious problem, I spoke with manager and it was not the way you should speak to customers, she spoke to me rude and unwillingly, she didn’t listen and kept interrupt me. She said she has two kids and she’s not going to lose her job. So she thinks I came there to do that?! After all she yeched turned around and left. And she is a manager! I feel sorry for the workers. This is promoting incompetent person. Hope she will never be promoted again!

I recently had several important banking issues to resolve, and the staff at this location was very helpful and worked diligently to assist and resolve my issues. The staff was knowledgeable and caring, and took the time to both sit down with me as well as follow-up by phone and email. I am very thankful to have a Citibank branch at this convenient location.

No notary at this location. I asked if she knew of any other branch that has a notary, she didn’t know and couldn’t help direct me to a branch that does have a notary.

Twice I stopped by to get help with something and both times I was sent back with useless and irrelevant information. It seriously seems like all the employees there are on their first day internship training with zero clue and all they're trying to do is to get you out the door asap

My father, a 80 year old gentleman from India, went to this branch to withdraw money using his non-Citibank debit card. The teller asked him for his ID and he provided his Arizona driver license. So far so good. The teller asked my father where he works and my father explained that he's retired (duh!). 'Where did you work?' My father said 'at the United Nations. The teller asked him, I kid you not, 'What is the United Nations?' At this impasse a supervisor was brought in. After grilling my poor dad some more on his past work (he was a United Nations diplomat!) he was finally allowed to use his debit card. Pathetic and shameful. Besides the ignorance the customer service was rude and not what one would expect from an international bank.

#citibank @citibank had the worst experience.Used #popmoney- citi sent money to the wrong person & says we can't do anything. Beware of using Citibank and their services...I have been a customer for years and all I got was we can't do anything you messed up...I didn't their system did...it picked the person I chose but someone else's account#...now I am out of $2800.
