A lot more could be added to the Healthcare Clinic 2094 East New York Brooklyn. Put back the Garden we once has for the children, put and bird glass air conditioner cave for the birds, Iam a great decorator with Garderns. I created one at home.

The manager and the banker are very helpful and extremely patient. They called several different customer services to trace down the issue and got everything resolved.

I’ll never ever come back to this bank EVER AGAIN!!! I came here two days in a row to open up an account and was turned away both times. First time cause the lady told me it wasn’t enough bankers, than today I come earlier with three bankers in my eye sight, the lady still comes out ask am I being helped and told me she doesn’t have enough people to open up my account cause she’s over booked. I will never come here again. I will go to another branch. The customer service here sucks and they really be racially profiling their customers. I was here speak Spanish and help only the Spanish customers. This branch will never ever see me again.

I had a great experience with all of the staff. I still go to this branch till this day and they all greet me by name. They are always eager to help and super knowledgeable.

Bank teller Cadisha Brown had gave me a hard time while trying to withdrawal my funds. She is very unprofessional and it seems like she doesn’t know how to do her job. I will definitely go to another bank who care about the customers.

ATM machines always have some defect, or they do not have cash or they cannot accept checks and the last straw is that if you use an unaffiliated ATM they charge you around $15 dollars per month. I don't know how often they maintain them but it's obvious that they haven't even noticed why one or two ATMs are missing their keys ?

Came in at 1:52 pm, and had to stay waiting until 5:18 to have this branch manager to tell me she will get some one to assist me?, and back to waiting time again, after all the waiting 5 minutes all it took the customer service to get some info,
