Came in at 1:52 pm, and had to stay waiting until 5:18 to have this branch manager to tell me she will get some one to assist me?, and back to waiting time again, after all the waiting 5 minutes all it took the customer service to get some info,

They are alway packed with only one or two tellers and one person in finances u have to wait 2 hrs before being seen it’s just ridiculous

Went to this location on the 6th of January and a male employee the ones on the side with the desk forgot what they call them one of them was not interested in helping me he made comments like he was too busy to help me he put me on the citi bank phone with a representative to try to fix my problem and he told the representative he was too busy to help me then the representative was tryin to convince him to help me so i said to him can i have my card please and i walk away from him and left i went to another branch where my service was much appreciated and i got what i need to be done at the other branch i have his name written down but i wouldn't drop to his level and put his name up in this post he knows who he is and i hope he changes because its not good to treat people who is nothing but nice to u that way this guy have poor customer service and because of him im not going back to that branch the only way im going back to that branch is to use the ATM

went to this branch to pull money & the following day my account was compromised.. isn't that ironic.. i also almost never use my card, i use apple pay. The girl who helped me had a nasty attitude & i'm sure it was her.

Came in with my one year old and was the second person to sign in, waited as usual to open a account, a Hispanic youngman wHo has the middle cubby told me to wait because his colleague was going to take me next, mind you I'm also Hispanic and speak spanish... I agreed and waited. When the colleague came in he told her I was next and she dismissed the fact that I was next and took a customer she new. clearly he came after me she didn't even check the sigh in sheet.. I left to not argue .

horrible service. Untrained employees. I had to wait for an hour to make a transfer then i get a call 3 min before the bank closes telling me the employee did it wrong, and they forgot to refund the money to my account. DON EVEN THINK ABOUT GOING THERE. employees don't know what they doing that i feel that my information is very unsecured and i will change my bank.

Came in to open an account and waited for over an hour. They asked us to sign in then they didn't go off the sign in sheet, randomly selected people. If they did have a system they didn't communicate what it was. There was only 1 person here to assist and when another teller came the 1 went away leaving us with a long wait still. Go to another branch if you need good quick service. We left and went to another bank to open an account.
