If I could give zero stars I would. I made an appointment and still waited 40 minutes. The banker was confused and distracted. After opening an account, she then had me wait on line to make a deposit which she easily could have done herself. Every time I visit this bank the wait is excessive and the tellers and bankers are slow, rude and unhelpful.**After leaving this review, Citibank said they would get back to me regarding my complaint. They did not. Citibank proceeded to lock this account 3 times in 2 weeks. The account will be closed tomorrow.

This location is the worst , so many people working there but yet, is the slowest Citibank location. Go on Ave J and Nostrand , but this here is just a messy place

Terrible customer service . i tried opening an account online but the application would not go through. i tried calling customer service, I have been on hold for 1 hour. one would think new customers would be given better service.

Citibank not giving me no good insrest rate am going to change this bank insrest rate went up and Citibank give me 0.96cent no good .I see the new said if you have$10,000 in your account you must get $200 or $400 insrest rate but.ci

Had some documents to be notarized on 03/04/2022. A personal banker Ms.Shashna Mitchellwas very professional and patient during the process though she had other duties to perform. Ms. Mitchell was the epitome of grace and professionalism and made multitasking look simple.

These people have no real clue whats going on in their own branch and they offer VERY LITTLE customer service. I spent 45 minutes here waiting to be seen and nobody even asked me why i was there; after i spent 10-15 minutes in line, they tell u to sit anywhere and customer service will be with you. I wasn't even dressed like a hoodlum or anything. I just needed help with online banking and got ignored. Customers dont even sign in here. The branch workers randomly pick and chose who they feel like serving. Poor show

Can’t speak to a representative because I’m unable to make an appointment, because there’s no way past the automated system that sends you to a representative that won’t answer the phone so the automated system ends the call. Can’t pay of credit card because every representative is in another country and doesn’t have a clue of how to assist so I’m put on hold for 10 minutes before I’m bounced to another part of whatever country only to be put on hold again. Ask for a supervisor I’m put on hold and bounced to another part of a country... that went on for 45 minutes before I said screw it, citi bank doesn’t want there money account closed. And this is just the ralph avenue location.

They are beyond slow in this location. I know banking has shifted in terms of the lack of importance they put on teller services but many people still need that kind of service and only having 1 teller available shows the lack of care towards providing quality customer service towards its clients/customers.

I came in for a temporary debit card after losing my wallet. The teller said they were unable to issue a temporary ID card unless I had ID on me. I explained that I lost my wallet and the advice was to “go to the DMV and get a temporary ID, though that wouldn't work either because we need photo ID.†I thought this was weird since I'm able to get a card sent to me via the phone without ID so I questioned why I could get a new card through the phone and not in person? The teller referred me to the manager who said there was a different security system through the phone and that I should call and get one (5 business days). I left the bank.

There’s bunch of customers seating waiting and the bankers are just chilling the worst location of bank I never been they don’t even care they all chilling and eating laughing
