Kris from the Citibank on Pennsylvania Ave. is a beautiful person! I had an interaction with him today that was ordained by God. I wish him nothing but prosperity and blessings in his career and a fruitful future filled with happiness and joy. He is an example that there are still honest, good people in this world and it pays to be faithful.

Citi Bank is by far one of the worst banks I’ve ever dealt with, I got scammed by a vendor over $6,000 and when I disputed it Citi bank gave me the money back to me in provisional credit but decided to take it back even after I showed them numerous amounts of evidence that I was actually scammed being that I didn’t have $6000 to give back I told them that I could make monthly payments , Citi bank still decided to close my account and sell my account to collections and reported this on my credit score after banking with them for over 10 years and on top of that they banned me from banking with them ever again when I’ve clearly done nothing wrong I was the one that got scammed. I would never recommend anyone not even my worst enemy to bank here citi bank clearly doesn’t respect or appreciate their customers you people are very heartless.

The customer service at this Citi Bank is the worst. I waited with my elderly father for over an hour and a half. There were two clerks who had side conversations and acted like they didn't have a care in the world. After sitting for a while, I asked the security guard for directions to the restroom. He had the audacity to tell me to " go to the supermarket or try somewhere in the street." There is obviously no sense of customer service here and as a result I decided to do business elsewhere. Please do not bank here. There is no customer service nor do any professionals work here.

This is one of the worst Citibank branches in the city. The bank close early they are always long lines and the service is ridiculously bad and their are always long lines for the ATM for no reason at all and there are always people complaining about the most stupidest things. This Citibank and HSBC Two banks that are in the area are running match for match of being the worst bank branches in the city by far.
