Horrible experience. Banker Gina C. is irresponsible and does not pay attention to her work. She does not take accountability for her screw ups and mistakes she likes to blame everyone else. For your banking needs I advise you have someone else handle your accounts.

Long lines at the ATM and teller services. ATM machines does not accept old bills when making cash deposits.

This is the worst citi branch you wait for about 1 hr and a half the minimum and the reps have the worker attitudes never again will I go here I don't recommend this branch to anyone.

I have called this branch directly at different times of day on 3 different days, numerous times, and the call always rings about 4 times and then defaults to the main 800#. You can never reach the actual branch if you need to talk to them. It is extremely frustrating to have to drive over there when you should be able to talk to someone on the phone. They either need to increase staff, or simply hire people who can be bothered to assist customers. Based on the other reviews here, I am not the only one with the impression that they just don't care.

Always crowded!!! 3 tellers. Long lines. If your African the staff will look at you as if though your gonna rob the bank!
