I'm a regular at this bank -- I see a teller at least once a week to deposit business checks, and have done for the past 8 years -- and the staff is so warm and lovely and fast. Grateful for all they do!

Roseanne here is tops! She listens and tries to help the consumer! Without whom there would be no Citibank. She is transparent and she discloses fees! Thank you, Roseanne!! Cesar was also very helpful and sympathetic as he worked with Roseanne to solve the problem. We appreciate you both!!!

Something obviously wrong in the management of this location. They removed the furniture from the inner lobby so there is no comfortable place to do banking paperwork.

I went there to cash a check. It turns out they only cash checks at specific locations. No problem, I go to the next branch on Court St. The manager is not there. It turns out they only cash checks when the manager is in. The teller tells me that I can come back the next day. I come back the following Thursday, the manager is now on vacation and won't be back until Tuesday. They ask me if I would like to open an account. The nerve!

you can never get anyone from the branch on the phone, instead you are transferred to overseas branch, people who speak with high pitch squeaky voice, who are programmed to answer only certain questions all I wanted was to trace a deposit made by my disabled daughter.

If a checking account customer writes a check to someone, that person should be able to cash that check at the bank which it is drawn on. Citibank failed that most basic test today.

Hilariously bad service. Always long lines for tellers. Always. I'm here right now at 11 am and there's 7 people waiting in line. My teller just burped audibly. No one here seems to have any urgency or care at all. Having personal conversations while I'm standing here waiting on them. Awful. At least two other people are complaining now.

Small branch all the way down Court St in Carroll Gardens. Only a couple of tellers and it took awhile. However, nicer and quieter than the branch on Montague St
