This neighborhood bank has all the conveniences anyone could as for, plus an excellent group of true professionals that can answer any and every question.
Every banking associate is courteous, knowledgeable, patient, and extremely helpful. The Citizens Bank at 1702 Ace U is the best bank in the neighborhood. I wouldn’t bank anywhere else.

Great experience with the branch manager Mindy . She was able to assist me with the issue I had with my account , even thought the account was opened online and did not below to their branch. She was very pleasant , friendly and at the same time professional .

The experienced desk clerk was rude! Very rude! They made the mistake and the clerk presented as if they were right. The clerk corrected most of the problems. We have to handle the rest online.

If I could give zero stars I would. I read the reviews before coming here so was already a little iffy about the whole thing . I didn’t know background checks was apart of opening up a checking account? I was waiting for about 10 mins to see the “teller” & it was empty. I see her she then takes my ids & all tWHITE employees were whispering & talking about me & my ids by the main desk. I’m a Darkskin black woman & that was such a microaggression! I asked for my id back & walked right out as I don’t feel comfortable putting my hard earned money in a bank that treats potential clients like that! I don’t recommend them at all… makes sense why they bombard us with their mail cause no one is banking with them lol

Terrible! Manager refused to open an account for me because I had New Jersey Drivers License and not New York Drivers License. She told me to go to New Jersey to open an account.

A week ago I wasted time and money going to this bank only to arrive and see a closed sign. Since then I been calling to check if they are open but no one picks up the phone. I dont want to waste money and time commuting to the bank and not be sure it’s open. so now i have to visit one much further away just to deposit checks for someone.

Always had a great experience with this bank, been banking here for over 27 years, I'm only staying with citizens new bank because of the professional staff. My wife, Mary chin and I each brought in more money to open the new promotional savings account with Mindy Ly, such a sweet person. Very professional and efficient. Highly recommend this bank.
