I bought 2 pairs of shoes 1 year and half ago.1 of the pairs they gave was left size 8 and right size 9. I didn’t realize the mistake until a month ago when I when on vacation. Now they tell me that it has being to long and they can’t check it in their system. They offered me 20% off if I buy another pair. How can I buy shoes from a company that don’t recognize their mistakes, and treat their customers like garbage. I’ll go back to rockport, they know how to treat customers.

The store was very clean, and everything on display that I asked about they had in stock in multiple sizes. An employee named David was exceptionally helpful and patient with me as I tried on what might have been seven pairs of shoes, and he was able to help me determine my actual shoe size and how to work around my feet being different sizes from each other.

Just as another customer stated, I had issues with the store manager at this location store #728. It was regarding an online return that I had the receipt for but it didnt have the credit card info on the receipt or in the order confirmation. He wanted to return to any card that was a visa but I wanted it to be returned to the card I paid with. When I asked him to contact Clarks customer service to confirm the card, he told me that it was a different company and not Clarks. The manager refused to help. The biggest issue was his nasty attitude and simply refusing to do anything to help rectify the situation. It's really sad that Clarks is desperate to keep someone like tbis employed.Then he refused to give his first name as well. They will NEVER get my money and I have spent a lot with them over the past decade.

Worst experience ever! I tried some shoes and I liked one. I went outside to take a coffee and to think about. It seems that the sales man was upset that I didn’t buy them at my first try, and when I came back after 20 min, he lied me that the shoes were sold. So silly! I’ll never go there anymore, he is very rude!

Great store with very friendly helpful staff and manager who are a credit to Clark’s reputation. Great service with courtesy and even a smile. If you are shopping Clark’s make sure to do it here.
The 3rd avenue store in Manhattan in contrast was absolutely terrible with rude staff who lied to my face and refused to help me with a simple matter. I will only ever visit this kings plaza location from now on.
