I was a customer here for over a year now and it used to be a great pickup/delivery service. I was able to text the driver and he picked up my laundry within minutes. The guy who used to pick up my laundry said no longer works there which was a few months ago so I started calling the store directly. Which is no problem, except the store now never answers the phone. I managed to get through a couple of weeks ago after several tries. This week I tried from Monday-Wednesday to no avail. On Wednesday I went onto their website thinking maybe I had the wrong number (I didn’t) and saw a book a pick up online feature so I did that. The next available was Friday between 2-4. It’s currently Saturday morning and my laundry is still by my door. I’m not sure if management/owners changed but sadly, this location has gone down hill as far as their delivery service entails.

I went here for drop off and pick up after a hard two weeks. I had no energy to do laundry. I have come here in the past.
I should’ve ran. The pricing was insane, the attitude was terrible. They couldn’t find me in the system and started huffing and puffing about it.
Regardless I provide what I believe a generous tip for the hard work.
I come back to pick up my clothes. The lost items and burned two handful of clothes. Terrible spot. Do not recommend for drop off and pick up.

It’s very large, clean, and feels special the moment you walk in. The atmosphere is welcoming and professional, perfect for work or events. One nice bonus is that they accept both cash and cards, so paying is convenient. Highly recommend!

I gave them my hats and shirts to “dry clean” the hats shrunk which means they washed it and it took them 2 weeks to finish with telling me tomorrow everyday for a whole straight week a miserable place and they charged my like $4 for each piece just to mess my cloth up.

Feedback on Your Service:
I have been a customer at this laundromat for almost a year. Initially, everything worked fine, but lately, most of the dryers are out of service, and the ones that do work are inefficient. This has forced me to double the drying time multiple times, spending more money just to get my clothes somewhat dry.
Today, I had an especially unpleasant experience. By mistake, I added money to the lower dryer instead of the upper one where I had placed my clothes. To make matters worse, the dryer I paid for wasn’t working. Realizing this, I approached an employee I hadn’t seen before and explained the situation. She told me it was my mistake and that she couldn’t help because she didn’t have access to the machines.
I asked if I could speak with the manager, who has always been very kind. She said he was on his break and that I could wait for him. I waited for about half an hour, but he never showed up. Later, when I returned and asked if the manager had arrived, she indifferently told me he wouldn’t be coming back.
I feel disappointed not only because I lost my money and time but also because of the employee’s indifferent and unhelpful attitude. I understand that anyone can make mistakes, but customer service should focus on listening to and addressing customers’ needs, not ignoring them.
I have decided not to return, and I am confident that other customers will also feel frustrated if they continue to provide such poor service.

Half of the machines...both washers and dryers ..
Are not working..I put my laundry in the big machine
And it wouldn't stop washing.
They had to turn the power off
Open the machine full water
It was a big mess sorry to say
Never going there again 😡

Card machines are trash. Just use quarters like every other laundromat. The only way you can catch me at this spot is if I have no choice bc it’s the only 24hr laundry near me.

Very nice place to wash clothes. It’s clean and has plenty of space to fold your clothes. They even have parking as well as benches for you to sit and eat while you wait for your clothes. The bathroom cleanliness is excellent. Highly recommended if you looking for a great laundromat to do your laundry.

25 cents for 10 min of drying is a big leap from free drying. Place is dirty and machines are old with no option to even control cycle and temperature infependent of each other.
