Horrible kids running amuck acting rude attendants non responsiveness well on display machine are over priced will never return to this place and they stole my personal belongings when I went out to the store return to missing items from my shopping cart totally disgusted

First time here….. floor covered in garbage, rude workers, gave water down soap in a small cup I had 15 washers and only allowed 10 small cups of water down soap. Then asked for change no change go outside to 7-11. Then all dryer didn’t close had about 20 dryers. Wasted $58 in dryers. Now about to leave asked for a bag they gave me one bag for the clothes that are still wet. Asked for another because it broke no we can’t I asked can I buy one no I can’t. Worse place ever. Will never recommend

The biggest issue I have is the cost for washing the prices on the machine have risen 4 times within 9 months and this constant increase is alienate you loyal customers. I have been a customer from day 1 and wash there every week and all the little perks like 1 free wash etc has been taken away and the prices just keep going up.

Really really bad service. The clothes are not wash good. The dryer can't dry the clothes no matter how much u put on it. Just really really bad. The machines not good and too expensive

Drop off service is excellent. In wash service is great too. The gentleman that works in the morning is a delight, very courteous, and the mature woman from the morning shift is also very pleasant and helpful.

I had a pleasant experience doing my laundry. The facility was clean, and Darius was very attentive and friendly.
