I like this clinic! All the employees treat you the way you expect to be treated. They show passion and general concern for your well being. My doctor, Dr. Portnoy, shows compassion, commitment and integrity! Above all, I feel I can trust him. I'm grateful that he was assigned to me. I appreciate everything about Oak Street Health!

I am Glad that you were able to assist me with me and was able to speak with my daughter about my meds. What I will ask of you is to please speak, to my other doctor in Mobile Alabama she will be able to tell you more about my pills so their will be know mistakes about my meds for my heart please and thank you more. Please contact my daughter for the number for my doctor number.

From Jonathan picking me up to Liz working her magic and Dr. Fonatanez and Christina . The 2 young ladies in the front the clinic was clean and spacious. The community rm was a refreshing experience. I look forward to a healthier experience with my new primary team.
