These machines are almost always broken. Even when Coinstar claims the machines are working, they’re not. Don’t trust anything this company says.

Unfortunately as of April 16, 2025 both of these machines are out of service at this location. Will check back soon!
Edit: I went back in May, 2025, and 1 machine was back in order which I was able to use to get rid of my piles of coins - progress! It was great to see the company sees these reviews and responds too, Thank you!

At least one kiosk is open as of November 9 2024 (probably both, I only checked one), but a 13% tax is a bit much

The handling fee has reached 12.5% in QAQ, and only one machine can be used. And moved to the exit

One of the two machines was working. The fee is a little high (somehow got to 10% of my total value) but it works.

Moved back near the entrance, immediately behind the customer service desk. From the entry door, turn left and left again. Both machines were working, although some coins I needed to repeat 2 or 3 times to be recognized. Lots of foreign money left behind here.
