I have been member of Cosmo Prof for about 20 years and used this location a lot. It was very convenient when it comes to emergency services, find necessary things, colors, products … But recently this store is always missing color products, shelves are empty and never restocked in time. Two workers in the empty store, no customers)) and they don’t want to be bothered… anything you ask , the answer : they don’t have it. They simply don’t care, not welcoming and don’t need you in a store)) just leave them alone… it needs to be addressed to the owner of this location. How can you stay in business with empty shelves and employees who just don’t care about that…TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ! I would give 0 stars

I spent so long in here restocking my kit. I loved it and the atmosphere. No one pressured me or talked me into things. They were very educated on their products and sales. I will be coming back.

This business became really terrible. Store is closed when it’s supposed to be open, shelves are empty while delivery boxes are full of unloaded products, some supplies won’t be in stock for months while available online. I would not come here if Wella was sold elsewhere. This gets worse and worse every year. Whoever is responsible for stuff and supplies should pay attention to the issues. And I will have to either switch to another brand or find a new supplier.
