Avoid this Costco, they do not honor return policy for spoiled food that I bought the same day. Employee there were rude and treating it as my fault for food being spoiled. Very unprofessional!!!

The parking lot space was not a lot since it was very busy. What was annoying was that some people skipped lines. There is a lot of product in there and it was a very large store.

This store is a chaos, finding a parking is disgusting.The business customers shouldn’t be buying with the regular customers lines because they creates a chaotic atmosphere keeping regular customers waiting longer in line.
Cashiers are really working with a bad attitude and unprofessional way.
The manager should educate cashiers in a professional way.

The employees at this Costco are the worst I have ever seen and are not reflective of Costco values. I have been to many Costco's in different states and even used to work for them...they should just fire everyone and start again. So disappointing to see.

Took me 6 months to finally figure out when's the best to time go shopping. Parking and shopping can be intense because it's always so busy. The best time to go is weekdays @2:30 pm... Plenty of open spaces... Everything moves smoothly. By 3:30 pm is madness as usual... Lines to get into the parking lot... Eggs selling out...

I was in the self checkout area and customer service guy who named Delcy was really mean and really disrespectful. First she close the register then then shout at me to wait in the line, but I was on the next line. She was giving me a hard time for no reason and she was really disrespectful. I really don’t recommend this Costco. If you have any chance, just avoid this Costco and their customer service representatives are very bad.

For the most part,well organized,and well stocked,the only issue is the parking situation on weekends is terrible, not recommended to enter the lot,try getting a spot outside the parking lot perimeter.It is said this is Costco's busiest location in the country.

Only go to this location if you love bumper cars but I bumped up my star rating because they had humintachen in bulk.
