Know your rights! I purchased an electronic charger that didn't work consistently so I tried to return it and I was denied. Reason being- it was purchased with a gift card and I didn't have membership, the guy at the counter didn't even try to get the manager or help me further and only gave me a phone number to call after I kept asking him to direct me to someone higher up. I even asked if I could have the person who purchased the gift card for me return the item under their membership and he said no. Basically that I was stuck with a defect item as a customer who was "given a chance to shop at Costco" so basically non members are considered second class with no rights! I chatted with Costco rep. Online while I was at the store and they told me he was wrong and I should be able to return it. Thankfully I asked someone else at checkout if they could help me and they agreed I should be able to and kindly had the manager review my case- I was given my refund! Costco- please educate your employees and at the very least have them be more understanding and helpful instead of just saying they can't help and I should be thankful I can shop there with a gift I was given!

The place was crowded. I guess it is to be expected as it is Saturday. There is a large variety of bulk groceries here. You have to be a member to shop there. The prices are reasonable. You have to have transportation means.

I like this Costco compared to others because it is pretty chill, but these are the Cons: Closes too early at 8:30p weekends at 6 pm, but employees annoyingly or aggressively yell for 15 to 30 mins that they are closing. The checkout lines are super long. Cashiers can be rude when you're using the card for your friend or family member & try to get you to do one transaction when indeed you can do two so, you don't have to use the same credit card. The worst is if you need to return something expect to be on the line forever!Customer service is extremely slow & while the return line is out the door. Meanwhile, the Costco card line at the customer service has two additional employees working (And I mean barely!) & when they don't have anyone on the line for a Costco card they just chit-chat or go on about their business like there is no line going out into the parking lot. That needs to change.Another annoying thing is when they're is an item. You like and then you don't see it there again for a long time or never. Prices are too high, for fruits & vegetables, especially on the meats. It's no different than getting it at Trader Joe's Since they have the same distributors.I barely ever see organic fruits or vegetables so, I just skip that aisle.I'm considering not renewing my Costco membership anymore I have found better deals in other places including online. Not sure what happened to Costco we used to enjoy coming here for the deals, but they're not worth keeping the membership.

Why everyone so rude! Each time when I come to Costco here someone has to be rude or yell, especially at the checkout….you just come here and want buy groceries not to deal with bad mood of the employees.

Honestly boycott Costco, I feel like they’re starting to racially profile people. There’s always “new rules” randomly being spewed from annoyed employees. I came to make two separate purchases one for my job and one for my house (with 2 different CCs) and I was told I could only use MY membership card for one transaction I can’t have 2 receipts. That doesn’t even make sense, these employees are just making up things bc they feel like customers are being “inconvenient” but also I went to the SELF checkout to avoid being “inconvenient yet they’re still demanding that they need to check you out, what was the point of the self checkout!? The employees need to just chill, stop stressing themselves out. If there’s new rules Costco needs to send out newsletters so members are aware and aren’t bombarded with nonsense when coming to spend our hard earned money there. Even upon my arrival the woman at the door told me I couldn’t come in with the bag of bread I purchased earlier today, that I had go around and to leave it at customer service before I shop, I went to customer service and the lady there looked at me crazy like I didn’t need to leave it there smh get it together yall! Bc yall are making it feel real uncomfortable to shop in my neighborhood.

The second time I take the cooked chicken and my stomach says hi to the staff, the second time! I thought at first it wasn’t the chicken, but now I’m sure it’s the cook’s fault! There's something wrong with the grill, be careful!

Rude cashiers. Hear them gossiping and talking about customers in front of their faces.

There are people with very bad manners, you should teach them a little about customer service because they have very bad manners.

Although it’s usually crowded, all things considered it’s a decent shopping experience
