Wow what a pleasure visiting this store today. I had a complicated issue with my SIM card. As I had needed to get a ESIM for a trip to Korea and it affected my physical sim. I thought I was going to Have to buy a new sim but Jean was exquisitely able to assist with downloading another ESIM for my phone and now I am able to type this review and submit it over 5G. Jean I can't thank you enough! Also have to commend you for your very astute and respectful handling of a disgruntled customers issue she was having as I got there. it was in no way your fault and u handled it perfectly. anyways thanks again Jean knowledge, expertise and kind support! happy you are in Flatbush now. highly recommend this store.
