Nepali guy whos working there he is so kind and very calm he helped me really good i brought iphone 13 with him and he setup everything for me, i will definitely come back to this store again and the guy working there i want him everytime i go this is best service i received so far i been to so many mobile stores this is one of the best one due to the guys customer service everywhere they just try to push sale but this guy really helped me alot and suggest me what is good and what not i love cricket and that guy working there give him a raise i will speak with my family to switch to this company ❤️

So, I am visiting Brooklyn and my 3yo cell finally dies on me….it won’t charge. Big complication: my cloud account password is safely stored at home..in New Hampshire. Not expecting much, I head on over to Cricket on 5th. There I had the amazing luck to be attended to by Nurit. She was so patient, professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Somehow…through what I believe was some magic, Norit manage to retrieve my account and my contacts. I left more than satisfied with the service…and on a personal note…Nurit is a fine person…one that truly enjoys helping others.

Very terrible store, terrible employee, terrible service. I was trying to get a new number from the store. They like cheat their customers and let them pay as much as possible. The SIM card is 10 dollars and activate fee is 25 dollars. It should be 35 dollars. However the girl said we already paid our fee on our old number this month and we have to pay again on our new phone on this month which is 55 dollars extra, so total is 90 dollars. And we have a family account which everyone’s number connects together. And the girl said they can only add this new number to the family account until next month. But the funny part is when my mom be there and ask to talk with their manager. Then these two girls changed their mind immediately and said they can solve it. And finally add this new number to the family account. And return us 25 dollars only after arguing. Hope their manager was there and it’s okay to be expensive, but don’t cheat.

got ripped off. HORRIBLR SERVICE. Activation fee $25, SIM card.fee $20, And they told me they don't have the $30 and $40 monthly plan sold in the store only the $55 or higher unlimited plan are avaliable.And the women working there is rude and arrogant. Don't go to this store. The 8th av cricket store only charge $10 for the SIM card and that's it.

I am trying to port in from metro to get a iphone deal. The store representative told me in able to port in to get the iphone deal i need to pay a $60 plan, a sim card charge at $25, activation fee at $25 and the worst part is i need to pay for new york tax of $600 total come up $230 to $250, one thing i don't really understand since the deal show $49.99 why should i pay the tax of $600 instead of $49.99. I told the representative about deal for iphone deal in the website ,he asked me to get the deal on the website. I went to grab the deal on the website ,i paid only $234.34 that include iphone 11 128gb at $49.99, tax at $4.44 and 3 months of plan $60 which is $180. Cricket company might consider giving a punishment to this kind of store that is ripping off customer because this store is representing the image of cricket.Whoever trying to get the deal from this store might considered twice because you might be the next one to get ripped off badly.

Where do I start, I am writing it in Spanish for the community.
I ordered two phones. One for 400 and another for 250 they tell me 735. I pay and then when they are assembling the cells. The one that was supposedly 400 that I chose was no longer, now it turns out that the one that I supposedly ordered was the 300 one that was uglier than the 250 one. Well, they are already paid for. There are no others... I continue. I took them, I took them. Today he woke me up. All my lines disconnect. I call cricket and they tell me or they added insurance to the phone for 300 and since you didn't pay the 8 and now you have to pay reactivation of 23 dollars. I have been trying to activate and I lost, without lying, more than 3.5 hours solving this problem. A busy person like me, but I wasn't going to pay more money. Well, after I told them, they solved the problem. And finally. They remember the 400 phone number and then that it wasn't the 300 phone number that I ordered. It turns out that the phone costs 149 online. The morale. I'm buying cell from them again. If I want something I buy it online or go to the Apple Store, they added services that I never asked for which is fraud and that is why the phones do not have the price when you go to the store. They give you whatever number they want. The only thing you can do in stores is buy the card.
