I’m not going to lie, at first I thought it was a rip off, charging $25 and $10 extra for each line and taxes based on the original price of the phones.
But after I got the rebate, I finally realized it was really that cheap and affordable.

This place is a scam. They charged me 25 dollars to unlock my phone. When I looked at the receipt it says I bought an accessory. I talked to cricket online and they said they don't charge for unlocking phones.

Don't go to this location, my phone was dead they ask me for 45 dollar just to transfer my eSIM. Today I go to the other location, they don't even charge me for transferring eSIM in between 2 of my phone. are such a scammer. This location is a scam company. I went to another location and they didn't charge me extra. everybody make money with hard work, but staff of this location don’t agreed with that, they just wanna take money from your pocket.

Customer service doesn't exist in this location. If you bought your phone online and need help with activation, you are on your own . The girl prefer playing card game on her phone, while the guy is hiding at the back room of the store.

Built over the former Compu-Star store, the cell phone company Cricket has since taken over its location. Up until recently, I didn't have any dealings with this company but when I finally did, it wasn't a pleasant one. A family member of mine got a new phone from them and we wanted to see if she could keep her old phone number from another company. When she approached the Chinese rep, she asked for his help. He told her to simply switch the sim card and everything will be fine. She didn't know how to do it and asked for the dealer to help; when she handed the phone to him, he actually said he didn't know how to take off the shell and gave it back to her. He gave her the impression he didn't want to deal with her and she left irritated. Ultimately, we took this matter to another Cricket dealer at Bay Parkway to help us. While that dealer was far more competent and helpful at her job, she did so with an irritated attitude as if we're bothering her with a dumb question. I don't know what kind of business they're running, but I've never seen such poor customer service and incompetence! How do you not know how to remove a phone shell? How does swapping a sim card resolve things when it's from two different companies? We're talking about an old lady with no tech experience and you're gonna tell her to change the sim it as if it was a pair of socks? The man didn't even try to call for help or find a constructive means to help the customer. It took me less than a minute to uncover the phone! We will never return to this store ever again!
