Called to see if I can fill a prescription for my husband and the lady was rude and before I could ask any questions, she hung up. Terrible customer service

Having postpartum issues the pharmacist was very helpful and sweet. She answered all my questions! My wife also never has issues filling her prescription there either. It’s always ready in no time.

The pharmacist here helped me a lot with transffeing my prescription from walgreens since they don't take my insurance. very kind and so quick! I had a question with my prescription so i called, she was so patient to listen to my concerns and i felt very safe. I really appreciate this place. Thank you!

Switched to using this pharmacy from the Walgreens a block away. The comparison is night and day, prescriptions were filled promptly, I can call to communicate easily, the pharmacist and staff are nice, and there's no grueling wait for my medications.

Sometimes I have to wait a day for my prescription to be filled but it has not been an issue because of how transparent and proactive the pharmacy staff is in letting me know when my prescription will be ready. They even went out of their way once to return an item I left behind at the pharmacy.

If I could give this place a zero, I would. Today I walked in this store with the intention to buy a couple of items for scrapbooking. I walked in with recyclable bags and a plastic bag filled with items I'd already purchased from Walgreen's and Bargain Land on Fulton. When I walked in, I was greeted by a young sales clerk who was sitting in the back of the store who asked if I needed help. I told her "No, thank you." About 30 seconds later, I was greeted by an asian woman who may have been the owner or the manager there. I'm not sure as I don't recall ever seeing her there. She asked me if I needed help and I told her the same, "No, thank you. I'm fine." I went to the aisle where I found glue and tape, I stood there for awhile looking at the scotch tape options (there were very little) and glue sticks. After realizing that the scotch tape nor the glue sticks that the store offered wouldn't meet the needs of my project, I put them back on the hook and proceeded to leave. I was then cornered by the same asian woman from earlier who yelled at me and accused me of stealing. Let me get this straight. I came in, realized I didn't want your products, put them back where I found them and now I get accused of stealing? This woman accused me several times of stealing, pointing to the pockets on my raincoat (as it was raining on and off today in Brooklyn) and to the bags that I already had when I came into the store. As she was yelling at me, I attempted to show her receipts for all of the items in my bags which I purchased before entering her store. She refused to hear it. Instead, she told me she was going to call the cops. At this point, I'm in my shock. I can't believe that one, I'm being accused of something I didn't do and two, that this woman is calling the cops. I'm still trying to explain myself as I have never been harassed in a store before and I drop my bag to the floor to show her and she kicks my bag which causes items to spill out. Two of those items were face cleanser and Q-tips. She's now over top of me yelling, saying she's going to call the cops and I should leave but she's trying to prevent me from taking my bag of already purchased items and shoves me. I tell her I'm not leaving without my things and she once again says she's going to call the cops. I tell her to call them. As she's calling the cops, she's asked of a description in which she looks me up and down and says "black." I've never felt so violated and vulnerable in my own neighborhood. I waited until the cops arrived because I knew I had done nothing wrong. Once the cops arrived, there were about 5 of them. I explain to them that I have receipts for all of my purchased items. They scan my receipt and my bag of items and come to the conclusion that I'm telling the truth. Not only did this woman physically violate me, but she also attacked my character. This was a very traumatizing incident and I am writing this review in hopes that no one else is subjected to this despicable treatment. She made me feel unsafe and unwelcome. Needless to say, I'll never patronize this pharmacy ever again.

I was excited that a new pharmacy was opening in my neighborhood, but this one is useless because of their hours. What pharmacy closes at 6!? I don't even get home from work until 7.
