Today was my first day it was great I handled things personally with the manager. The only I saw is a bother to me on the second floor are the people just sitting on the machines on phones doing nothing. Also, there is only one ab machine on the second floor. Over all the gym is good. ??

I invited a few friends to join, workout and it turns out to be the worst experience. The machine, cable don't work plus no hot water to wash off. Tired of this. Paying my money and have to deal with BS. To all my brethrens please don't joined this gym to workout with me. Because I will be leaving soon. Enough is enough very unprofessional. One of the worst gym I ever been in. I am going to get my brethren Paul to leave this gym soon with me. Like I said before this is the worst gym I have ever been in if anyone wants to join a gym don't join crunch in crown heights. For the past 3 weeks no hot water to wash off and the staffs keep lying that there's hot and come to find out there is no hot water. I think this gym don't respect it members.they care The money. One brethren got sick because he keep taking a cold shower because he has go to work. For she come to the gym and to go back home to get ready for work she will be late.

My personal trainer, Devin Thorpe was awesome. He is highly professional, knows his stuff and helped me achieve my goals before I had to relocate. You won't regret choosing him to get you to your fitness goals.

The Lead Trainer Devin is a master of his field. His expertise was combined with excellent character and the Kickoff session I had with him was top tier. Couldn't have done any better.

Honestly can you guys fix your light. Ppl are paying their hard earn money and it looks like you can’t pay your light bill. The gym on the main floor is very dark. But overall this staff is very nice better than the last and the gym is clean

I've been coming here since April and I will say it is worth the workout there. Faith and Varel have been super helpful with what I need to reach my goals and have been training me and reccomending diets to reach my weight goal. Definitely should give it a shot here.

Use half of the gym for a “class” and you have to be apart of that even thow they have a third floor for nothing, rude trainers

Haven’t been in the gym for years. Last time I was there was years ago. Did some boxing and some cardio there. The staff was really nice to me. I used to train there as a kid and my parent used to come with me. It was the boxing for me as a child that gave me self empowerment and I thank Crunch Fitness for helping me. I remember the staff being nice, I remember learning boxing and I also remember how clean the equipments were.

The general manager Joe was super friendly and very welcoming. As he helped me sign up for the gym, he frequently greeted members coming in and all around had a very positive vibe about him. He made my sign up super quick, was informative, and left me feel super excited to workout and come back.

Over crowed dirty and most of all crooked!. I don’t know crunch fitness or if it’s the management, but DO NOT TRUST!!! this gym.
I canceled they told me to check my email for cancellation procedure. I did the same day. They waited three days to cancel my membership and charge me the same day they canceled it I had to dispute with my bank. !!!Do not trust these people!!!

Had a great experience at crunch , clean , well maintained equipment , awesome classes , very friendly front desk willing to help with any problem that you might have , recommend to anyone who lives in crown heights !
