Disappointing Customer Service Experience
I had a very unpleasant experience with the customer service team. (10.21.2024) I received slow and unhelpful, and the representatives I interacted with seemed uninterested.
This level of service does not reflect well on the company and has seriously affected my confidence in making future purchases or recommendations. I hope management takes action to improve their customer service quality.

They have the working that’s stealing from your unit and play like they don’t know anything about it waste of money and time .. I will not rent from them …..

I went there at a really bad point in my life. The people were friendly, helpful and yes- compassionate! The facility is clean, dry and easily accessible. Highly recommend!!

The place is very clean and smell good. The staff here, including the general manager Tai, are very nice and helpful.

Poor customer service. Very unprofessional. They tried to give us the wrong size room after we did all the necessary paperwork for the 5x10 room we wanted. When we finally got the right size room, they tried to lock us out of the basement where our old room was that we had already paid for the previous month. This made it very difficult to move our boxes out and to the new room which was on a different floor. We are now using a different company.

Tai at CubeSmart on McDonald Avenue has made my storage experience so much easier than I thought it would be. Tai always had a great demeanor and was very knowledge about the space. I’ve seen him multi task with numerous customers with ease and I was amazed. Fantastic location. If you come to CubeSmart one McDonald Avenue - ask for my guy, Tai!

This place exceeded my expectations, thanks to Tai at the front desk. Tai was friendly, efficient, and provided excellent customer service. They made the rental process easy and offered valuable tips for maximizing storage space. The facility was clean, well-organized, and secure. I highly recommend cube smart especially with Tai ensuring a positive experience.

Disgusting place , the customer service is a complete disaster, the front desk staff is absolutely terrible, be careful guys they gonna charge you so many hidden fees that are astronomical !!!!!!!!!!!!

Be careful guys they will inform you that auto payment doesn’t go throw and they will charge you fraudulent late fee they charge me 20 dollar more they says because of 7 days late so be careful because I do auto payment I found a lock on my P.O. Box and I been with them almost 2 years I ask for look they inform me that the auto payment doesn’t go through and it did go through be careful for any fraudulent fees.
