I was very surprised on how easy everything was, from the online reservation and to the actual moving in process! They really made it easy and prepped the storage for me! Everything went so perfect and smooth. Also, I got the locker and, I’m so happy about how much space I still have in the locker! Very satisfied!!

Jodie at the butler street Cubesmart was an absolute joy. She was patient, kind, and understanding. She took the time to listen to what I needed and the circumstances I was facing and providing me with options and took the time to show me several spaces so we could make a decision. The building is also very clean and well maintained. It’s very rare to come across great customer service from someone knowledgeable and I’m glad we walked into this Cubesmart

This is the best storage location and company that I have ever used. Super efficient, clean, and easy. Amber and Jodie Are intelligent thoughtful friendly and super helpful. Great staff here. Clean bathrooms, the whole place is very well-maintained. Easy spots to pull up your vehicle and unload or load. Lots of cards to use. I would highly recommend this place and its staff.

I had to write a review, because of the level of kindness and professionalism I received from Jody. She absolutely deserves recognition.
CubeSmart’s system was down for three days, and unfortunately I had already hired help to move my items — which cost me money I couldn’t get refunded. I was stressed, frustrated, and honestly overwhelmed.
But Jodie stepped in with patience, compassion, and a calming presence that made all the difference. She took the time to explain what was happening, reassured me that everything would work out, and handled the situation with a level of customer care that you don’t see often anymore.
She didn’t rush me. She didn’t make excuses. She showed empathy, stayed professional, and helped me navigate a situation completely outside of her control.
Higher-ups at CubeSmart, please take note:
Jodie represents your brand with excellence. Employees like her are the reason customers stay loyal, even when things go wrong. Her attitude turned a stressful situation into a manageable one, and I truly appreciate her for that.
