They constantly send you reminders to pay via email before due date and call you a day or two after when we clearly know when our bill is due and we have a grace period as well. Also, the place opens at 9:30am and closes at 5pm, yes that's right. And they keep going up on your bill. It's not worth it. They charge a $17 convenience fee if you pay by credit over the phone and they don't let you pay via your checking account unless you do autopay Public Storage is much bette for making payments and they don't give you a surcharge Cuisinart a very bad company to use. It's fairly clean facility, i give them that, the bathroom needs regular maintenance and they seem to be controlling the mice and pest issue to which most storage facilities have these days. I've been renting here for 2 years and they're the 3rd owner's. First Life, 2nd Evtra Space, and now CubeSmart.
Parking in here is hell, it's right off of Bushwick avenue and traffic is always super busy. It's just convenient for the locals but I've since moved and I need find another facility and it'll be PUBLIC STORAGE. Better staff, better pricing, better payment options at no extra cost and better business hours

I'm a long term customer and I was trying to use the bathroom very quickly 15 mins before closing time. And they just shut the door watch me from inside. It's like whoever manage this place are out of basic humanity.

My wife and I moved into a storage unit today and the process was incredibly smooth. The facility is clean, well maintained, and feels secure, and the team made everything quick and easy from check-in to access. Huge thanks to Sheridan, Jessica, Miguel, Michelle, Kuma, and Fariel for being so helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this location!

Supermove ran extremely late with my pick up - Jessica and Michelle stayed an extra HOUR past closing on a holiday to help me with the process. This is what GREAT customer service is meant to be. I forgot my key and they were so friendly and gave me a temp one. You’re the best!

Jessica assisted us with our new storage rental. She even gave us a tour of the unit before we agreed to anything. She was incredibly helpful and kind. The building itself is very clean and well maintained; I have no worries in storing my items here. I highly recommend cube smart!

I used this storage facility for almost 3 years. Easy to set up, manage, and close. The facility was always clean and had trolleys and stairs available. One of my better experiences with storage facilities.
