They increase the prices about every six months like clockwork. They will use excuses such as "you had a sale" and "maintenance fees" to charge you for literally anything they can. I had the exact same 5x7 unit for about 2 years, it started at 75/month and by the end, I was paying 110 a month, no taxes and fees included. Their business model is to pray on people with financial issues.
EDIT: See the business' reply. Their new excuse is now "competitive pricing" Hey, CubeSmart, if you took the time to read my review, you'd see my account is closed because I'm no longer interested in being robbed! How exactly do you suppose you'll "address my issue"? A year and a half of back pay?

Move in and out was seamless. Front desk representatives helpful and kind. Unit prices were reasonable

They increase your rent every 6 months. So the more loyal you are, the more you pay. Not a good business at all. Customer service is ok... Currently looking at for a new unit not with CubeSmart.

It’s a great facility in terms of staff, cleanliness, and amenities, but it's so wildly annoying that I can’t access my unit after 8pm. A bit pricy but:
1. Good quality
2. What isn't in this city

Facility is nice, staff are friendly. The company has a horrible business practice, once you are signed up, they seem to increase the monthly fee for no other reason that you have been a good customer for a couple months. “My manager will only consider negotiation this if you come to the facility in person”. Left a bad taste, not interested in supporting CubeSmart with business. Management should take note. Would have kept the facility another 2 months but took items out early due to price hikes

Miguel & his colleague (didn’t catch his name, worked on closing August 1st 2924) were soooo helpful and kind during a moving crisis. Incredibly grateful for their patience and support with every step, from registering and loading up the dolly! Highly recommend this place :)
