Super easy signing up for a storage unit, you can tour the place before signing any lease or everything can be done online if you prefer that. They have better deals online so I do suggest going that route, and you can secure the online prices while still signing the lease in person. Staff here are all super friendly and the facility is clean.

Just yesterday I needed to arrive in time before closing or I would have had to keep my stuff from the rain overnight. I called ahead to indicate I could possibly be late.even though I made in in right before closing. The staff allowed enough time to store my things with about twenty more minutes to spare. That might the rain pour harder than ever. And I kept a sense of peace of mind.

Staff at the facility were super helpful and kind. The ease of access thru the app was delightful! It was an easy transition and the clarity of how to navigate the facility was great. Would do it again if needed!

Best Self Storage in Brooklyn! Kathyryne, Jahnah, Jessica and Tony are so great! I have been renting with them for 2 years and they have been so helpful and accommodating. The covered loading doc is useful and it's easy to take a ride share to the location. The complimentary moving truck was also a lifesaver. Highly recommend!

I rent a storage room for my son's belongings. It is clean, bright and the people are lovelyAnd now 2 years later I was able to switch to a bigger unit to smaller . The staff was very helpful.
