Aisha has been there since I moved in 2 years ago and has constantly held the front desk down while juggling moving new tenants in and assisting other customers and all with maintaining a professional and kind attitude. The staff here are all very helpful and the facility is kept very clean - I’ve been very happy here. My only struggle is the aggressive price increases. Considering New York is already expensive to live in and apartments getting smaller - storage is a must for most adults here. There should be more transparent price adjustments with more than 30 days notice to give people a chance to know if they can afford the new price when they’re already in a vulnerable position of paying to have their possessions outside their home - because they can’t afford more living space. Just a thought as a said customer using storage because I don’t have room at home. I think having longterm clientele who pay on time should be rewarded with price caps?

Aisha at the front desk was so kind, responsible and helpful. I unfortunately had to move in the winter storm… she called me a few times just to remind me that the weather may affect their hours just so I’m aware and can plan accordingly. I ended up moving the day after the snow storm. She greeted me at the front desk and helped clear a pass way for my van. The facility is very clean and well kept. I’m very grateful for her who added so much grace to a stressful day of mine!

MY EXPERIENCE WAS OVERWHELMINGLY PLEASANT. THE WOMAN WHO ASSISTED ME MADE THE PROCESS VERY EASY. I RECOMMEND USEING THIS FACILITY FOR STORAGE IF YOU WANT THE PROCESS TO RUN SMOOTH.

My wife has stored our belongings in this storage for at least two years now . Best decision especially in nyc with these shoe box apt. I walked in here and took some pictures an as I was leaving a kind employee reminded me I could use the lift. I'm sure this establishment was aware of me and that's good for security reasons because it's a huge facility and you can try and sneak in but the staff is watching!

This is the most kind and amazing staff ever. I only needed my unit for a few days (my distress was visible) and every single person I encountered at the desk was so helpful and understanding. I know they were stressed at the end of the month and they still took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I was well taken care of.
Definitely took advantage of the 1 month free special which helped since I only needed a few days. I would definitely come back to this location in the future if needed!
