The space is perfectly kept and getting into the unit is easy BUT the hours are so tight (930-6 on weekdays and tighter during the weekend) you basically have to take a day off in order to get there when they’re open! The app is very handy but the hours listed are more generous than they actually are (they say 9-6). Recap: your stuff will be well kept, you just might not be able to ever get to it.

We used this storage. The staff is polite and professional. The storage is clean. Everything is good, but one big drawback, only one loading place for the car, it is not convenient.

I needed storage in an unexpected pinch, and feel very lucky this is the place closest to my home. It’s extremely clean and easy to sign up, but most of all, the customer service was better than I could have expected. Jazelle welcomed me, dropped everything to show me the units, and got me into the right size locker quickly and easily. She made what would have been an exhausting chore seem frankly uplifting. Thank you!!

Tiffany and Giselle are the nicest, most helpful great employees ever! Andre the manager is great too. They are always so helpful and super friendly. We would not store our stuff anywhere else and that is because of these guys! Thank you

I’ve been a CubeSmart customer for years, and I wouldn’t have stayed this long if it weren’t for the amazing team at this location. Tiffany and Giselle are always so kind, helpful, and patient — no matter how many questions I have. I run a clothing business, so my storage needs constantly change with my inventory, and they’ve supported me through every transition seamlessly.
The Manager is incredibly friendly and genuinely looks out for the customers, regularly checking in to see how we’re doing. And thanks to Marvin, the facility is always spotless and smells great — a small but meaningful touch that doesn’t go unnoticed.
I’ve tried other CubeSmart locations, but this one is by far the best. I can’t recommend them enough.

The reps at CubeSmart were absolutely fantastic. I actually went to 3 locations and everyone was helpful, personable and willing to check different locations for inventory. Quite pleased with my choice.
