Been a great 4+ years! This is a great storage facility I really like the staff here , everyone is very friendly and helpful and the place is always kept clean . Highly recommend it!

There are still some good people in this world!!
I have no other words, but they are the BEST!!!
The wonderful lady at the front desk helped me so much. I felt lost, alone, and emotionally sick after eviction and she really helped filled those voids. She is so amazing. I wish I could tell the whole story, but I would say is her and the Spanish guy who also works there and helped, were ANGELs in disguise.

Someone cut the locks on my Storage and tagged everything as if they was going to steal it, sell it. They also had enough time to a new lock on the Storage I pay for. If I did not come when I did all of my stuff would be gone. It just seemed like a inside job.

They say close at 6pm on Saturday, but we had our stuff ready on the cart at 5:45pm and they already closed the gate, we couldn’t load our car.

I went to visit the facility at 2049 Pitkin Avenue, Brooklyn and it was immaculate. The kindness was beyond words from Lindsay. She took me to my unit in addition to giving me thorough information regarding the storage procedures at Cube Smart. The company is fortunate to have Lindsay as the face of the location.
