As a first-time storage facility user, I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Noel at the front desk took me on a tour of the facility, answered all my questions, explained access procedures, and helped me complete the required paperwork. On the day I was ready to move in, everything went smoothly. Thank you CubeSmart for your white-glove service!

My daughter stored her possessions at CubeSmart over the past few months. Sadly, she passed away this past May, and I wanted to get access to her unit. I called to inform CubeSmart of her passing and asked how to gain access to her possessions. I was initially told by Noel to get Power of Attorney which is impossible because my daughter was deceased. I then spoke to Lisa, asked the same question and all I was told was to go to court. Because of further investigation, the death certificate took longer than expected. When I finally received it, I went to Surrogate’s Court to obtain a Certificate of Voluntary Administration which took 2 days. I finally got it. I decided to try to appeal to Lisa’s humanity asking if I could pay the balance. Of course she said I could but I still couldn’t get my daughter’s belongings. I finally showed up there today with the Certificate of Voluntary Administration only to be told that there was nothing Lisa could do. The auction would commence as scheduled. She then told me that I was supposed to bring the death certificate sooner which was impossible because it wasn’t ready and my deceased daughter’s possessions, all I had left of her were auctioned while I was there. I called the police hoping they could help but Lisa told her the same thing. These ghouls profited from selling my deceased daughter’s belongings. Also, some reviews indicate that their locks have been cut, then they charge the unit holders for new locks. They are quite an inhumane, despicable bunch. I plan to sue them in a civil action in the very near future. All I’m asking is buyer beware. These people are nefarious and heartless. Minus any stars. Place should also be investigated which I plan to bring the attention of the Attorney General.

I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Noel at CubeSmart, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received. As someone renting a storage unit for the first time, I had a lot of questions and uncertainties. Noel took the time to walk me through each storage size, explaining in detail the differences between them and which would best suit my needs. His knowledge and patience were truly impressive, and I left feeling well-informed and confident in my decision. If you're looking for a storage solution and want excellent customer service, I highly recommend asking for Noel. He made the entire process easy and stress-free!

This place is very very bad I use to work here I got a lawsuit against this place the district manager is a racial person don’t care about your problem really just the workers problems I complain to her plenty time …. They let people break into your locker … don’t do nothing about it ……. The district manager name ms. Rekala she do a very very bad job. Sine she took over for Evan miller the place went down to the dirt …. And be careful in the office because she might let the employees stab u up or try n kill u trust me it be plenty of stabbing n the facility be careful ….. the only person n this place came help u is Noel great person n only guy besides Adam that will actually help u don’t let me get started on miss Lisa …..this lady do nothing that’s a mother story tho smh I can wait to my lawyers serve them …. I had to quit because of the district manager was very disrespectful she a disappointment to the Cubesmart team
