When it comes to any home improvement project not everything happens as it should along the way but what makes business’s better hen others is that they will work with you to make it right and great all the way through. Vert professional and detailed people. There were problems with things along the way but that happens with slot of this stuff,, the important thing is that they took responsibility and with no hassle took care of it. That was refreshing and nice. Cabinets are great, excellent quality, and a very fair price.

I hired Custom Lotus to complete my kitchen as part of a gut renovation. This is my my third Reno and I have a good amount of experience dealing with contractors, installs etc so when I found Custom Lotus online, I was taking a leap of faith based on our meeting.Bernard made the entire process incredibly seamless by discussing my options and did a better job of keeping my budget in mind than me. As with any construction work, there are always hiccups and solving issues together is the true character of a professional.His team is incredibly knowledgeable and went beyond their scope of work with an issue that my own contractor could not handle. My experience with Custom Lotus came as an incredible relief as they took the lead from start to finish, I did not have to oversee each step.I am incredibly happy with the end result and have recommended Custom Lotus to anyone looking for mill work.

Thank you Custom Lotus for helping build and design our beautiful kitchen in our getaway home. The design blends in perfectly with our cabin. Working with Bernard and Yuriy couldn’t have been easier throughout our renovation. They are both extremely talented and creative, perfectionists to say the least.They actually care about their clients and go above and beyond to impress them. I was looking for a shop to build a set of custom bath vanities and wall mount cabinets in Brooklyn. I found Custom Lotus online and sent them a few drawings. They got back to me within an hour and had a preliminary quote within a day. The team was a joy to work with. Excellent shop drawings from my plans, and then executed the build and install in very reasonable time, even with typical pandemic-induced delays. The workmanship is great and the price is affordable. I will defintely work with them again if I ever need more cabinetry.
