This cvs pharmacy is a NIGHTMARE. they lie to you about refills then when you speak to someone they give you a different answer. You could NEVER get a straight answer about your prescriptions the can not automatically refill my prescription. They stress me out I HATE THIS PHARMACY THIS IS THE PHARMACY THAT SHOULD HAVE CLOSED NOT RITEAID. I Have insurance but they still want to charge me for medications that are covered. Shopping for a new pharmacy. They are lucky I have one star because I couldn’t give them 100 minus stars. The WORSE SERVICE EVER!! This pharmacy show be closed down ASAP.

Great and convenient store. The staff are extremely helpful and kind. Ms. Amy is a superbe store manager and always makes me feel welcome.

The pharmacy is not well run. I walked in and confirmed that they had the Moderna Covid vaccine. However, I was told I needed to make an appointment online or by calling the 800 number. However neither of those showed the pharmacy as having the Moderna vaccine. CVS customer care recommended that I call the pharmacy and ask for a courtesy of a walk-in appointment. After waiting on hold for 10 minutes, and explaining the situation, I was told to hold on. After an additional 9 minutes, I was hung up on. Then I made an appointment at Rite Aid nearby for the next day!

My sister is visiting from Denmark and needed a medication filled, but does not have US insurance. They worked to get her a discount to ensure it was affordable!! So incredible

CHOOSE A DIFFERENT PHARMACY. THIS PLACE IS TRASH - I have been using this pharmacy for years - I'm now looking for a new one. I have used this place for a decades but it gets worse and worse day after day. First off a majority of the staff has an attitude. One time I asked for the persons name because they were so careless and she said I won't give you my name and hung up. They are slow, unprofessional and not very good at their jobs. They take forever to answer the phone. They always blame the doctor and when I call the doctors they tell me I should change pharmacy's because they continue to be difficult to work with. This is such a substandard pharmacy. IMO it should be shut down. No one working there should be involved with anyone's health. They are rude and careless with zero efficiency. At this moment in time my doctor and I are both on hold for upwards of 15 minutes trying to get them to okay a prescription in a timely manner. This has become an all day event because of this awful pharmacy. I have so many bad stories from here. If you have any questions I can tell you all about the horrors of this place. Don't give them your business.

The reviews aren't lying. This place is the absolute worst. Expect to wait in long lines every time you need anything. The staff is slow, rude and unhelpful. Everything is dysfunctional. Information is always wrong. They called me to tell me my prescription was incorrect/to get a new one, then when the doctor told me it was right they backtracked and said oh it's just missing a diagnosis code. Do yourself a favor, move to any other pharmacy. I did and not looking back.

Limited stock but still better than other CVS's. Th best thing about the store is the wonderful Amy. Always helpful & extremely pleasant about it

I think the pharmacists here need to remember that people are coming to them for health and medicine. They are rude and short in their messaging. If they don't want to help people get their medicine, they should consider another field.
